Итак, для поиска жилья я использую AirBnb, основные критерии для выбора:

???? Комфорт и дизайн. Чтобы хотелось возвращаться домой, 2 комнаты, чтобы можно было отдельно работать от ребенка и принимать гостей из РФ, было просторно.

????Цена. Апартаменты должны быть по среднерыночной цене.
⠀
????Близость к центру и колледжу. Непонятно как там с транспортом, хотелось бы дойти пешком до учебы и обратно. Хотя колледж еще выбираем.

В Малайзии популярны кондоминимумы (кондо). Это апартаменты в целом здании, построеном под сдачу жилья.

Важно смотреть не только квартиру, но и инфраструктуру кондоминиума! По большому счету все кондо меряются именно общей для всех жильцов инфраструктурой, в предложении вы увидите больше фото кондо, чем самих апартаментов. Чем обычно они укомплектованы:

1️⃣ Спортзалом;
2️⃣ Бассейном;
3️⃣ Зонами отдыха и прогулок и т.д.

Вот вариант, который мне нравится, космический дизайн пространств, прекрасный вид из окна, много места для работы на открытом воздухе (можно много времени и не в квартире находиться), цельный коворкинг.

У меня честно говоря восторг от него, но пока смущает расположение… Как вам такой вариант? Нравится?
