Успокоительной трелью из экранов телевизоров выходит информация о программе по строительству 10 (ДЕСЯТИ) детских садов в Южно-Сахалинске к 2015 году.
Давайте попробуем разобраться:
Максимум в большом детском саду содержится и воспитывается 400 детей. 10*400=4000 мест. Это только к 2015 году. На данный момент очередь больше 4000 человек. Значит принятая программа не решит проблему. Проблемы с математикой в департаменте образования? За 4 года 10 объектов, маловато, не правда ли? За 4 года в Китае города с нуля поднимают до высоток. Вернемся к нашей проблеме. Куда девать детей? В ЛД отдавать на хоккей вместо садика? Проблема нехватки мест в детских садов больше просто проблемы нехватки объектов социального назначения. Это проблема устойчивости нации, проблема демографии. Решать её нужно в первую очередь, кинув на решение все силы. Мы живём в одном из самых богатых углеводородами мест в МИРЕ и нашим детям не могут построить садики, притягивая за уши сумасбродные проекты, которые для решения проблем жителей области не делают ничего! Деньги в бюджете нужно тратить не на дома отдыха ПСО (89 млн рублей в 2011, на отдых всех детей области 21 млн) не на выкуп здания Сахинцентра (400 млн) и так далее... Вопрос о неэффективном расходовании бюджета стоит остро. Напомню, сахалинцы поставили 4686 подписей под обрашение президенту о неэффективности расходования бюджета в СО, прошли 2 митинга, я провёл 4 часа, давая показания а прокуратуре. В приложении к письму президенту мною чётко было указано на кличку Хорошавина (Саша 50%, заменившую собой прежнюю Саша 30%) В данный момент на Сахалин приезжают сильные люди в области политики, так сказать скрытие игроки, которые управляют процессами. Возможно они, видя, какие глупости творит Хорошавин вместе с хорошавками и указали ему на ошибки с площадью Победы. Люди, пришедшие в мэрию сделали правильно, приходите ещё, давайте знать о себе и своих проблемах. Сахалинская власть построена на обмане, воровстве и постоянном пропихивании воров другими ворами, что доказывает пример с Васильченковым! С власти нужно требовать исполнения обязательств, прописанных законодательством.
Принятая программа по детским садам - затирание глаз, очередная ложь ворья. Эта программа не способна решить проблему. Прошу обратить на это внимание.
