⠀⠀Сегодня моему Телу исполняется 38 лет.

⠀⠀Дух - Душа - Тело. Именно такая иерархия.
⠀
⠀⠀Это не у меня есть Дух, а я есть у Духа.
⠀
⠀⠀Умение слышать тонкий голос Души (Отклик) нужно тренировать через наблюдение за ощущениями Тела.
⠀
⠀⠀Тело - проводник Духа и Души в этот материальный мир. Игнорировать его никак нельзя. Скафандр нужно беречь, ухаживать за ним, проводить регулярное "техническое" обслуживание.

⠀⠀А ещё Тело нужно тренировать, прокачивать его навыки. Причём не только физические ;)
⠀
⠀⠀Чем и продолжу заниматься в ближайшие годы этого воплощения.

⠀⠀ The ability to hear the subtle voice of the Soul (Response) must be trained through observing the sensations of the Body.

⠀⠀ The body is the conductor of the Spirit and Soul into this material world. There is no way to ignore it. The spacesuit must be taken care of, taken care of, and regular "maintenance" carried out.

⠀⠀ And the Body needs to be trained, its skills improved. And not only physical;)
⠀
⠀⠀ What I will continue to do in the coming years of this incarnation.
