В сентябре 2021 года в Питере пройдут выборы в Законодательное собрание.
Учитывая последние тенденций и прошедшие выборы в Московскую городскую думу, оппозиция может взять большинство. Напомню, что в Москве с учетом массового недопуска кандидатов и выдвижения по подписям при одномандатной системе Единая Россия чуть не потеряла большинство. А до этого считалось, что одномандатный округ у власти выиграть невозможно. В Питере же смешанная система выборов. Партии, которые сейчас в ЗакСе, будут выдвигать кандидатов без подписей.
Предстоящие выборы могут нести сюрпризы даже в округах, которые подмяли под себя некоторые депутаты ЗакСа и видные деятели ЕР. Типа Соловьева, Макарова и Тетердинко. Многие из них скорее всего пойдут по одномандатным в госдуму и для подстраховки будут в городском списке. А заксовский округ для выдвижения отдадут кому-нибудь из своих коллег.
Начинаю серию постов про одномандатные округа на этих выборах. Посмотрю какой результат во входящих в них муниципальных округах, какой расклад был в 2016, кто там избрался, как действует в округе. С 2011 сравнить не получится, тогда ЗакС избирали только по партийным спискам.
