#Чтотамумуниципалов с 1 по 7 июня
1. На Острове Декабристов после распределения мандатов судом депутаты не могут попасть в муниципалитет и провести заседание. Единоросы не приходят, а администрация забаррикадировалась в здании. В сентябре те же люди, что сейчас удерживают администрации, спилили в ней дверь, чтобы взять ее под контроль.
Сейчас в совете 5 депутатов от Яболка, 4 от ЕР и самовыдвиженец - бывший глава округа.
2. Команда Литейного округа победила в горсуде и он отменил решение районного суда. Решение касалось отмены первого заседания совета.
В этом округе избралось 11 от яблока из 20 депутатов - большинство. Но ЕР задним числом изменили устав. И теперь удерживает власть в округе, не смотря на большинство оппозиции. Депутаты от Яблока созвали первое заседание и провели его. Но районный суд отменил все решения принятые на нем. Теперь городской суд отменил решение районного.
Команда Литейного снова пыталась провести заседание. Но сотрудники администрации тоже баррикадируются в муниципалитете.
3. В МО Ульянка пытаются распустить совет. После выборов ЕР получило там меньшинство. Потом скупило часть депутатов. И сейчас для проведения заседаний не хватает кворума. Уже больше 3 месяцев из-за этого совет не может собраться. Иск о роспуске подала помощница депутата ЗакСа Никешина, который раньше контролировал этот муниципалитет.

5. Суд расформировал избирательную комиссию МО Новоизмайловское. А другой суд эту избирательную комиссию обязал передать часть мандатов оппозиционным кандидатам. Теперь непонятно, кто должен мандаты передавать.
6. На три года условно осужден бывший глава администрации МО Невский округа за махинации с имуществом муниципалитета на 89 млн руб.
7. Правительство СПб продлило срок уплаты ЕНВД и патента, которые и составляют часть доходов муниципалитетов. Помимо того, что муниципалам придет денег меньше чем ожидалось, но еще и позже.

10. На прошлой недели я забыл написать про МО "Правобережный". Там суд прекратил уголовное дело против депутата от партии «Единая Россия» в связи с примирением сторон (!?). Если бы суд все-таки вынес приговор, то депутат лишился мандата, а это повлияло на расклад в округе - ЕР потеряло бы большинство.
