В центре Питера, в 10 минутах от эрмитажа, в 5 минутах от Невского и в 1 минуте от Спаса на Крови есть конюшенная площадь. Сейчас по факту это просто огромная парковка. Самая дорогая земля в Питере отдана под бесплатную стоянку. Поле асфальта и тонны машин. Если не ошибаюсь, единственный раз когда эта площадь была отдана людям, это чемпионат мира по футболу. Там стоял экран с трансляцией.

С коллегами отправили обращения в различные комитеты по этому поводу.
Ответы комитетов:
Комитет по градостроительству и архитектуре:
"Конюшенная площадь относится к дорогам. А здание конюшенного ведомства это объект культурного наследия федерального значения. Поэтому благоустраивать мы там не можем.
Но комитет по инвестициям инициировал разработку проекта реконструкции конюшенного ведомства и конюшенной площади. До 2023г обещали разработать проектную документацию.
В общем, мы не против, но согласуйте с Комитетом по государственному контролю, использованию и охране памятников истории и культуры, Комитетом по инвестициям и Комитетом по развитию транспортной инфраструктуры."
Через пару дней прислали еще одно письмо. Там все тоже самое, но добавили что они направили концепцию в комитеты, куда посылали нас в прошлом письме.
Комитет по благоустройству:
"Мы концепции не разрабатываем. А еще конюшенная площадь - это дорога, поэтому нужно учитывать законодательство об автомобильных дорогах. "
Комитет по развитию транспортной инфраструктуры:
"Конюшенная площадь в охранной зоне, нужно заключение КГИОП (Комитет по государственному контролю, использованию и охране памятников истории). Хотим провести совещание с КГИОПом, с комитетом по экономической политике и стратегическому планированию и центром транспортного планирования. Но пока коронавирус не можем этого сделать. Как сможем, сообщим вам. "
Было еще письмо губернатору. Но он не ответил.
У меня не очень большой опыт общения с комитетами, но звучит как-то даже конструктивно, кроме ответа от комитета по благоустройству.
Что думаете по этому поводу, похоже на конструктив?
Напишу еще в комитет по инвестициям и КГИОП. Узнаю, что они думают.
