Уважаемые #рестораторы и их наемные работники, а также любители устриц! Целую неделю мы мечтали с коллегами о нежном перекатывающемся соленоватом вкусе устриц и моря во рту, но были разочарованы придя и опробовав оных в ресто баре [club165965116|@laperlarubinsteina], что на Рубинштейна 9/3. К свежести претензий нет, но зачем же вы их промываете проточной водой после вскрытия!-3 дюжины устриц оказались пресными и сухими!При открытии сок ни в коем случае нельзя смывать с #устрицы- открытые раковины только отряхивают от осколков. Кроме того есть претензии к рыбным блюдам, заправленным каперсами, последние перебивают вкус. Тар-тар из тунца и #лосось в брускетте поменяли свой цвет, рыхлость и отдавали душком.
Кстати,сравнивая с [club9049289|@laperlaspb] на Марата, бывшая #матросскаятишина устрицы на марата были размером больше и мясистее, хотя это одна сеть как я понимаю. #laperlarubinsteina #laperlaspb
