Продолжаю марафон обучения и саморазвития. Сегодня второй день проходил на тренинге “SWAY - Agile sales”, который создала и которому обучает Marina Alex

Фреймворк SWAY меня удивил своей лёгкостью и простотой. Возможно сказывается опыт работы в обучении и развитии команд. Да и опыт внедрения подобных технологий (тогда мы не использовали слова Agile и Scrum, но по факту это было именно это) ещё в далёких 2013-2014 гг. в ФГ Лайф.

О самом курсе я напишу подробнее позже, тем более завтра третий, тренерский день.

Одно могу сказать точно, что инвестировать в своё Обучение и развитие, на каком бы ты этапе не находился, очень важно.
