Действительно, стартует чрезвычайно важная история. Просто-таки ключевой она может оказаться на ближайшие месяцы. Вчитайтесь в это. И постарайтесь распространить дальше. Очень нужны сейчас люди, готовые работать в Участковых Избирательных Комиссиях. Это только кажется, что до выборов - еще сто лет, и задумываться о них сейчас бессмысленно. Именно сейчас надо принимать решение и входить в УИКи. Потом будет поздно.
Так что рекомендую всем еще и записаться в группу https://www.facebook.com/groups/elections.UIK - оттуда удобнее будет следить за ходом дела и обмениваться новостями и соображениями.
Совершенно уверен, что Координационный Совет обязан будет этой темой заняться всерьез. И я уже знаю, что там есть несколько человек, решительно заинтересованных проблемой УИКов.

1 ноября 2012 г вступают в силу поправки в выборное законодательство. Участковые избирательные комиссии будут формироваться на пять лет. Эти комиссии будут работать в одном составе на всех выборах до апреля 2018 года.
Опыт наблюдения на выборах показал, члены комиссии с правом решающего голоса могут выявлять готовящиеся фальсификации заблаговременно и предотвращать нарушения более эффективно, участвуя в работе избирательной комиссии в период подготовки к выборам. Нужно просто действовать по Закону.
Сейчас есть возможность поучаствовать в формировании Участковых избирательных комиссий и стать членом комиссии с Правом Решающего Голоса. Присутствие в избирательных комиссиях независимых, честных членов позволит гражданскому обществу взять под контроль выборы. Каждый честный человек, работающий в избирательной комиссии — это занятое место потенциального фальсификатора, ослабление их команды.
Является ли нагрузка члена комиссии неподъемной? Пусть вас не пугает срок в 5 лет. Выборы проходят относительно редко, активная работа бывает в предвыборный месяц. Иногда в период между выборными кампаниями ЦИК будет проводить обучение. Работа членов комиссии оплачивается, они обладают иммунитетом от увольнения на основном месте работы (п. 19 ст. 29 ФЗ-67).В день выборов конечно придется трудно всем, но зато будет реальный шанс отстоять волеизъявление избирателей и изменить что-то в нашей стране.
Это своего рода вызов. Работа в качестве члена комиссии предполагает ознакомление с избирательным законодательством и является ответственным делом. Раз жулики справлялись раньше, смогут ли справиться честные граждане?
Если мы хотим победить, то нам нужно максимально закрыть все участки по стране. Только в Москве около 3000 избирательных участков. По всей России около 95 000 УИКов.
