Там в этой эпопее про "историка" Александра Кобринского (вот тут у меня: http://cook.livejournal.com/203850.html) , профессора МГУ, сделавшегося добровольным "пресс-секретарем" и спикером всей индустрии фальшивых диссертаций, ворованных ученых званий и дутых научных репутаций, - закопана еще одна самостоятельная история, которая стОит того, чтоб к ней приглядеться.
Похоже, что наше сообщество "Диссернет", занятое конвейерными расследованиями дел о криминальных диссертациях, обнаружило рядом с индустрией фальшивых научных работ и защит - еще и отдельную ИНДУСТРИЮ ФАЛЬШИВЫХ КНИГ.
То есть сложилась, видимо, особая инфраструктура, которая позволяет создать "фантом" книги: у нее авторы, название, выходные данные, количество страниц, ISBN есть, - а самой ее не существует на свете. Ее никто никогда не печатал. И, соответственно, ни Ленинка, ни другие главные библиотеки страны, куда должны рассылаться "обязательные экземпляры", ничего об этих книгах не знают. У нас в досье таких книг набралось уже около 40.
Но зато очень удобно: можно упоминать такие книги в разделе "Монографии" в библиографическом списке своего диссера. И потом эта ссылка будет "реутилизирована" последователями опять и опять. И так в Сети накопится некоторое количество упоминаний о книге, которой нет: но приглянешься - а упоминания-то все одинаковые, в диссертациях разных людей, сцепленных между собой хитрыми связями.
Вот мы, например, потратили уйму времени на поиски "монографии", которую будто бы написали вдвоем этот наш профессор Кобринский и Игорь Лебедев, сын Жириновского, зампред государственной думы.

По всем признакам, Кобринский за одну из таких фантомных книг умудрился в 2006 году получить из рук Садовничего грант и премию МГУ как "самый талантливый молодой ученый".

Конечно, есть риск, что эти пацаны сейчас бросятся свои фантомные книжки задним числом печатать. Текст ведь есть - берешь свою собственную дисссертацию (хоть бы и списанную, ворованную, не важно), - и шлепаешь ее на бумаге, в переплете. Системы принт-он-деманд действительно существуют, и по нынешним временам напечатать книжку тиражом в пять экземпляров - даже не так уж и дорого.
Но тут у нас не забалуешь: на этот случай есть договоренность с дельными ребятами, которые готовы экспертизу бумаги сделать и точно установить, когда в точности издана книжка, - сейчас или несколько лет назад.
Ну и под конец - очередной ананас на торте.
Среди издательств, названия которых используются для подготовки фантомных книг - фигурирует какой-то странный "Филиал Воениздата". Принадлежит оно - да, да, бинго! бинго! - ОБОРОНСЕРВИСУ. Ага.
