И ответ был примерно такой: он давно хотел, но это негативно повлияло бы на курс акций Microsoft. А сейчас он это сделал и рынок даже не заметил, акциям ниже падать уже некуда. И мораль была: если у вашей компании есть какая-то давняя проблема, которой вы очень стыдитесь, вроде того, что ваш директор ест детей или что-то в этом роде, то сейчас самое время об этом официально объявить - и никто не то что глазом не моргнёт, а может даже и не заметить.
