О чем я спрашивала себя, когда детей стало трое? ???????????? ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Почему я ничего не успеваю?
И почему от усталости не чувствую радости жизни?
И на кой черт тогда все это надо, если нет сил наслаждаться материнством?
В результате честного разговора с самой собой и "тестирования" различных подходов я нашла множество ответов????, которые для меня выстроились в единую концепцию под названием "мама-менеджмент"
По ходу этой работы над собой я вела дневник, который сам собой превратился в книгу????. "Мама-менеджмент" - вещь не только очень прикладная и искренняя, но еще и бодрая и веселая. По отзывам прочитавших - реально, мотивирует встать и что-то с этим всем начать делать. Книгу - ловите на Озон и на Лабиринте, или на сайте Ресурс, пока не закончилась.
И я уверена, что каждая прочитавшая придумает, как успеть... все? Нет. Успеть быть счастливой????. Ведь этим вопросом тоже надо заниматься. А зачем иначе все это надо - и материнство, и работа, и проекты?
В Санкт-Петербурге долгожданный семинар и презентация моей книги состоится 24 ноября, в 16.00, на площадке "Буквоеда" в ТРК "Радуга". Встретимся, поболтаем????? А компания Take a BITE уже шлет в Питер для вас коробочки со вкуснейшими и наиполезнейшими фруктово-ореховыми батончиками в подарок.
На встрече я расскажу:
- про тайм-менеджмент????, такой жесткий и гибкий с детьми.
- про оптимизацию семейных и бытовых дел.
- про привлечение помощи там, где ее досели не было.
- про то, как держать себя в психологическом и физическом тонусе, чтобы все это было в радость.
Никакой "воды"!???? Только практика и личный опыт (#сыношибоктрудных). Лайфхаки, ценные советы, прикладные рекомендации.
Для детей во время презентации "Буквоед" и ТРК "Радуга" обещают организовать детские мастер-классы, так что приходите и с детками!????♂️ Тем более, что и у Bite есть для деток отдельная серия @bitey_kids, и чадам победителей наших конкурсов тоже будет чем полакомиться.
