«Комитет в защиту Петербурга» проведёт в Петербурге народный референдум
Сегодняшний отказ депутатов Законодательного собрания от Единой России включить вопрос о референдуме о статусе Исаакиевского собора в повестку заседания означает, что власть окончательно отвергла идею учёта мнения петербуржцев по этому вопросу.
В условиях, когда Единая Россия препятствует любым проявлениям демократии и до смерти боится прямого волеизъявления граждан, остается возможность лишь для неконтролируемого властью голосования. Инициативная группа, подававшая заявку на референдум, приняла решение о проведении народного референдума о статусе Исаакиевского собора.
Процедуру народного референдума решено провести в последней декаде июня 2017 года. Утвержденный регламент голосования будет представлен в ближайшее время в ходе специальной пресс-конференции, о которой мы сообщим позднее.
«Комитет в защиту Петербурга» объявляет о начале сбора волонтёров, желающих помочь в проведении референдума, а также о сборе средств для покрытия орграсходов.

In the conditions when United Russia impedes any manifestation of democracy and is scared to death of the direct expression of the will of citizens, there remains only an opportunity for voting uncontrolled by the authorities. The initiative group that applied for the referendum made a decision to hold a popular referendum on the status of St. Isaac's Cathedral.
It was decided to hold the popular referendum procedure in the last decade of June 2017. The approved voting rules will be presented shortly during a special press conference, which we will announce later.
The Committee for the Defense of St. Petersburg announces the start of a collection of volunteers who want to help in holding the referendum, as well as a collection of funds to cover organizational expenses.
