Горизбирком одобрит референдум об отзыве мандатов оппозиционных депутатов ЗакСа
Городская избирательная комиссия 25 мая проголосует за утверждение референдума о лишении мандатов оппозиционных депутатов петербургского ЗакСа. Такой вывод можно сделать из проекта повестки, которая оказалась в распоряжении "Фонтанки".
Согласно документам, инициативная группа (фамилии инициаторов не называются) предложила вынести на народное голосование вопрос:
"Считаете ли Вы необходимым отозвать депутатов Законодательного собрания Санкт-Петербурга шестого созыва Амосова Михаила Ивановича, Вишневского Бориса Лазаревича, Дмитриеву Оксану Генриховну, Ковалева Алексея Анатольевича, Резника Максима Львовича, Трохманенко Сергея Владимировича?"
Как сказано в проекте решения, документация инициаторов референдума соответствует необходимой по закону, в связи с чем Горизбирком рекомендует передать бумаги в Законодательное собрание для утверждения вопроса референдума на этом уровне.
Отметим, что ранее данные оппозиционные депутаты стали инициаторами референдума о статусе Исаакиевского собора. Документ был утверждён в Горизбиркоме, но до сих пор не рассмотрен на заседании ЗакСа.

The electoral commission will approve the referendum on the revocation of the mandates of the opposition deputies of the Legislative Assembly

As stated in the draft decision, the documentation of the initiators of the referendum complies with what is required by law, in connection with which the Gorizbirkom recommends that the papers be submitted to the Legislative Assembly to approve the issue of the referendum at this level.
It should be noted that earlier these oppositional deputies initiated a referendum on the status of St. Isaac's Cathedral. The document was approved by the Gorizbirkom, but has not yet been considered at a meeting of the Legislative Assembly.
