Давно пора уяснить, что в России три возможных причины повышения цен на топливо:
- растут цены на мировых рынках: цена внутри страны тоже растет, т.к. приводится к общемировой;
- снижаются цены на мировых рынках : цена внутри страны растет, т.к. нефтяники стремятся компенсировать потери на внешних рынках за счет внутреннего;
- сезонное повышение цен: зимой в связи с холодами, весной в связи с началом посевной, летом в связи с массовым потреблением транспортом, осенью в связи с началом уборочной.
