Завтра на Парнасе состоится встреча с рабочими и профсоюзными активистами из движения против заемного труда. Завтрашняя акция посвящена, в частности, поддержке профсоюзов ростовского филиала пивоварни «Балтики», где рабочие массово выводятся за штат и заменяются людьми, представленными кадровыми агентствами.
Заемный труд или аутсорсинг – это не просто обман рабочих, это лишение трудящихся элементарных гарантий соблюдения их прав. Фактически свою рабочую силу трудящиеся продают не напрямую, а через т.н. «кадровые агентства», становясь рабами этих агентств. Заемные работники лишены социальных гарантий, им не оплачивают отпуск и больничный, их могут уволить в любой момент и без всяких ограничений, налагаемых Трудовым кодексом на обычных работодателей.
Аутсорсинг выгоден буржуазии, стремящейся к сверхприбылям и заодно разделяющей рабочих на «белых» и «черных», чтобы тем было труднее объединиться в борьбе за свои ОБЩИЕ права.
Дельцы «кадрового рынка» лоббируют скорейшее принятие Федерального закона «О заемном труде», требуя узаконить в России де-факто существующие рабовладельческие отношения. Коммунисты обязаны бороться с этим, в первую очередь разъясняя рабочим их положение.
