Арифметические игры ExpoOlimpia, 10-11 ноября
Мы задумали этот проект с командой МиКЭБИ около 8 месяцев назад как смесь наших образовательных практик и всего клевого, что мы встречали на различных ивентах. И мы решили сделать Игры вместо олимпиады. Взяли от МиКЭБИ - свободный выбор уровня сложности ребенком (и как следствие - выбор личной стратегии), моментальное поощрение за результат (а не через 3 недели), ну и добавили - огромный зал, где все дети вместе, красивые медальки, мгновенную проверку, игровые монетки, кучу детских активностей, трансляцию, командную соревновательность, ведущего на сцене, бейджики:)
И первые игры в апреле ошеломили даже нас, организаторов. Они прошли красочно, мощно, вдохновляюще и громко - для меня это был по-настоящему день счастья. И кстати, не только для меня и организаторов - но по отзывам и для детей и их родителей. К черту скромность, было потрясающе!
В итоге формат подтвердился - это то, что возвращает детям интерес к математике и убирает страх. Обычный школьник начинает верить в свои математические способности. Ну а мы-то с вами знаем, что если ребенок поверил в себя, то его не остановить!
И главное, что и некоторые родители меняются: больше внимания уделяют появившимся запросам их детей, покупают математические тренажеры, ищут новые соревнования. Признаюсь и здесь мы немного поработали: мы специльно подбираем лекторов, которые на Играх пытаются разными путями сказать родителю одно: поверь в ребенка.
Так что. Если у вас есть чадо из 1-4 класса, такое событие упустить нельзя. Приходите, будет круто, из Питера начинается всероссийский проект ExpoOlimpia.

Arithmetic games ExpoOlimpia, November 10-11
We conceived this project with the MiKEBI team about 8 months ago as a mixture of our educational practices and all the cool things that we met at various events. And we decided to make the Games instead of the Olympics. We took from MIKEBI - a free choice of the difficulty level by a child (and as a result - a choice of personal strategy), instant reward for the result (and not after 3 weeks), and added - a huge hall where all the children are together, beautiful medals, instant check, game coins, a bunch of children's activities, broadcast, team competition, leading on stage, badges :)
And the first games in April stunned even us, the organizers. They were colorful, powerful, inspiring and loud - for me it was truly a day of happiness. And by the way, not only for me and the organizers - but for reviews and for children and their parents. To hell with modesty, it was awesome!
As a result, the format was confirmed - this is what returns to children an interest in mathematics and removes fear. An ordinary student begins to believe in his mathematical abilities. Well, we all know that if a child believes in himself, then he cannot be stopped!
And most importantly, some parents are changing: they pay more attention to the emerging needs of their children, buy math simulators, and look for new competitions. I admit that here we did a little work: we specifically select lecturers who at the Games try different ways to tell their parents one thing: believe in a child.
So that. If you have a child from 1-4 classes, such an event cannot be missed. Come, it will be cool, the all-Russian project ExpoOlimpia begins from St. Petersburg.
