Что общего между терроризмом и евровидением?
Вчера в Петербурге произошла страшная трагедия: в результате взрыва в метро погибло по меньшей мере десять человек. Основная версия - теракт. Я ни сколько не хочу преуменьшать трагичность данного события, но давайте подумаем в чём именно заключается трагедия…

Согласно предоставленной в статье статистике, за год на дорогах России погибло 23114 человек. Это более 63 в день! Как минимум десятки, если не сотни ДТП с участием маршруток или автобусов, когда единовременно погибают более десяти человек. Но об этом не говорят в новостях и не устраивают траур. Почему?
Кто виноват в ДТП? Скорее всего водитель. Максимум в цепочке виновных будет 5-10 человек (механики, врачи, руководители и тп). Ну пусть даже 20, если речь идёт о ДТП с как-нибудь коммерческим автобусом. Соотношение виновных и погибших 1:1.
А кто виноват в трагедии в метро? В Петербурге 67 станций метро, на каждой как минимум двое полицейских. Плюс человек в будке у турникетов наверху и ещё один на спуске эскалаторов внизу. А ещё на всех станциях установлены рамки и видеонаблюдение. Это только то что видно, но думаю что систем безопасности гораздо больше. Таким образом к трагедии привела халатность как минимум нескольких сотен человек (ст. 293 УК РФ). Соотношение виновных к погибшим сильно превышает 10:1. А ещё сюда можно прибавить контроль на въезде в страну + контроль провоза в страну взрывчатых веществ…
Так в чём же тогда трагедия? В том что за семь лет с момента прошлого теракта в метро правительство так и не научилось должным образом обеспечивать безопасность своих граждан? В чём трагедия, скажите?
Бей своих, что бы чужие боялись - очень старая пословица. Теракт 11 сентября 2001 - пожалуй первый в котором заговорили о том, что организаторами могут быть люди из правительства. За 17 лет 21 века произошло уже много трагических событий и все чаще имеют место версии участия властей в их организации.
Так что же общего между терроризмом и евровидением? И то и другое - просто политика. Пожертвовать пешкой (пешками), чтобы поставить мат. Впрочем чаще всего в политике такие приёмы используются не для объявления мата, а для отвлечения внимания от каких-то других событий.
А теперь напомню, что в следующем году выборы президента, о чем говорят уже с начала этого года, а совсем недавно прошли митинги оппозиции в ряде городов России… И это после того, как один из депутатов сделал предложение вернуть в страну монархию…

And who is to blame for the tragedy in the subway? There are 67 metro stations in St. Petersburg, each with at least two policemen. Plus, the man in the booth at the turnstiles upstairs and another one on the descent of the escalators downstairs. And at all stations, frames and video surveillance are installed. This is only what is visible, but I think that security systems are much more. Thus, the negligence of at least several hundred people led to the tragedy (art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The ratio of perpetrators to the dead greatly exceeds 10: 1. And here you can add control at the entrance to the country + control of transportation of explosives into the country ...
