1 .Во-первых, "псевдоэкологи". Любой человек может заблуждаться и в чем-то ошибаться. Возникла ситуация, в которой группа людей выразила свою обеспокоенность. Обеспокоенность связана с сохранением природы родного края. ГУБЕРНАТОР вместо того, чтобы ПОБЛАГОДАРИТЬ эту группу людей за их заботу о крае и ПРИГЛАСИТЬ их для ОБСУЖДЕНИЯ вопроса, публично КЛЕЙМИТ эту группу "псевдоэкологами", пытается тролить язвительным "знатокам природы Кольского Севера"...
ГУБЕРНАТОР! Получает зарплату из налогов, которые платят и "псевдоэкологи" в том числе, живет в казенной элитной квартире в центре города, ездит на дорогих авто за счет того же бюджета. Это хамство "слуг народа" когда-нибудь прекратится? Ну а кто ещё тут прав, а кто ошибается, кто тут псевдочто-то - это ещё вопрос.
2. Действовал мораторий 7 лет, введенный для борьбы с браконьерством. Но, со слов губернатора, результата это не дало. Ок, давайте продолжим: псевдомораторий, псевдоохотнадзор.
3. Ещё раз: Мораторий был введён в связи с резким снижением численности популяции (со слов МинПрироды) для борьбы с браконьерством (основная причина снижения популяции). Браконьерство не исчезло. Мораторий сняли, охоту разрешили. ЛО-ГИ-КА!!! ГДЕ?! ГДЕ ЛОГИКА?! Что тут у нас? Псевдоминприроды? Псевдологика?
4. Предшествовала большая работа специалистов. Вывод спецов - животных достаточно для разрешения охоты. Ещё раз:
Мораторий был против браконьерства, которое приводило к резкому сокращению численности животных. Браконьерство никуда не ушло. Но после "большой работы специалистов", стало ясно, что популяция достаточна и для разрешения охоты плюсом к браконьерству. Псевдоспециалисты?
5. Ни губернатор, ни МинПрироды не вправе запретить или разрешить охоту.
Ладно. Тогда скажите, пожалуйста, кто был инициатором этих мероприятий? Кто решил выделить миллион с небольшим на оплату мониторинга численности? Кто купил эти лицензии?
И я не очень понимаю, зачем отмазываться, мол, мы не в праве, если вы всё так правильно и хорошо сделали. Наоборот, сказали бы: вот, мы - молодцы, провели большую работу, исследования, вот стало ясно это и это, вот результат.
А то типа "всё хорошо, всё правильно, но это не мы так решили". Серьёзно?
6. а это ГВОЗДЬ. что называется, пукан рвёт у меня просто.
"И чтобы поставить точку: при решении вопросов добычи любых ресурсов необходимо соблюдать баланс всех сторон. И этот принцип для нас основной".
Каких всех сторон?
Она начала с того, что общественность, заинтересованную в этом вопросе, назвала "псевдоэкологами". И эта часть общественности ещё не ПОСТАВИЛА ТОЧКУ в этом вопросе. Это всё ещё для многих большой вопрос, но ОНА, губернатор, НЕ ОБСУДИВ ЭТОТ ВОПРОС С ОБЩЕСТВЕННОСТЬЮ, КОТОРАЯ ПРОТИВ ЭТОГО РЕШЕНИЯ, ставит точку.
Очень хочется знать, кто эти "все стороны", кто лоббировал и принимал эти решения.
И, как обычно, они даже сильно не парятся в выборе слов. Они просто явно демонстрируют, как ЛЮДИ с их запросами им по барабану. Это и является для них ключевым принципом: соблюдены интересы всех сторон, люди - в стороне. и лучше там и оставайтесь.
Очень метко она это подметила про ресурсы-то. Газпромы всякие по такому же ключевому принципу работают :D
