Забавный факт, но все наши квартирные вопросы мы решали в мои беременности. Один раз, правда, мы вместо квартирного вопроса решили вопрос автомобильный и через полтора года были вынуждены срочно переезжать из студии в съемную трешку, поскольку студия стала физически тесной.
В итоге сдавать-снимать, ставить технику, клеить обои пришлось с годовалой Аленой Дмитриевной, то есть решать, куда пристроить любопытного, всюду сущего нос годоваса, ну, и трехлетнюю Владу Дмитриевну, заодно. Спасибо родне и няне Наташе, детей распихали по рукам и за два дня ударно переехали. Упахались страшно, но справились.
Выводы:
-Пока ребёнок inside, вопросы ремонтов и переездов решаются легче и, что характерно, дешевле. Вы мобильней и меньше зависите от помощи третьих лиц.
- Если ваша квартира вам "жмет в плечах" уже сейчас, то с рождением ребёнка ситуация усугубится.
- Жизнь с одним ребёнком в общем пространстве не то же самое, что жизнь там же с несколькими разновозрастными детьми.
Какие есть варианты?
1) Кардинальный. Продать нынешнюю квартиру и купить недвижимость большего метража.
2) Бюджетный. Сдать свою квартиру, снять квартиру побольше.
Мы в итоге использовали оба варианта.
Правда, решить вопросы с ремонтом и переездом до появления ВерДмитриевны не успели, но сейчас все несколько проще, поскольку ремонт и обои в этот раз были отданы на аутсорс с соответствующим увеличением бюджета.
