Cirque du Soleil едет в Россию!
Канадский Cirque du Soleil привезет в ноябре этого года в Санкт-Петербург, а зимой 2013-го - в Москву и Казань шоу Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour по мотивам творчества "короля поп-музыки", российская публика увидит постановку год спустя после ее мировой премьеры, сообщили представители Cirque du Soleil Rus на пресс-конференции во вторник.
В создании шоу в качестве хореографов, художника по костюмам и музыкантов приняли участие люди, в разное время работавшие с Джексоном. По итогам прошлого года постановка Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour заняла первое место в рейтинге наиболее успешных концертных туров в Северной Америке.
"Это очень дорогое, эмоциональное, темпераментное шоу, сделанное в непривычном для российской публики формате рок-концерта. Его цена около 35 миллионов долларов. Майкл Джексон был большим поклонником Cirque du Soleil, и после его ухода из жизни мы думали, как можем почтить память артиста. Тогда и родилась идея создания этой постановки", - сказал вице-президент Cirque du Soleil Rus Крейг Кохон.
По словам генерального директора Cirque du Soleil Rus Натальи Романовой, в Петербурге пройдет всего шесть представлений шоу о Майкле Джексоне в Ледовом дворце, в Москве состоятся три представления на новой для Cirque du Soleil площадке - в СК "Олимпийский". Билеты поступят в продажу сразу после майских праздников

Then the idea of creating this production was born, "said Craig Cohon, vice president of Cirque du Soleil Rus.
According to Natalya Romanova, Cirque du Soleil Rus’s general director, there will be only six performances of the Michael Jackson show at the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg, and three performances will take place in Moscow at the new venue for Cirque du Soleil - in the Olimpiysky sports complex. Tickets go on sale right after the May holidays
