При этом есть организация TFC (The Framebuilders Collective), которая может выступить посредником между, дает тебе 20% скидку, и сама передает все документы, помогает их собрать. Документы подаются в Швейцарию, в штаб-квартиру UCI, оплачиваются 400 швейцарских франков, и ты входишь в большой спорт.
