*Орать тоже не надо. Надо верно дышать. Ребенку нафиг не нужен андреналин. Он блокирует окситоцин («противоположный» гормон, отвечающий за стимуляцию родов), да и ребенок стрессует. За 24 часа, что я проторчала в роддоме, визжала только одна дама, чтобы привлечь внимание.
*И рожают не лежа! Да-да! Точнее эта «пытка» есть только в СНГ в госроддомах (и то от нее отходят) и было время у Людовика 14. Точнее он эту моду и ввел, собирая дворец на зрелище: чтоб всем видно было, что ребенка не подменят. А так рожают на корточках, на боку и т.д.
*Теперь представьте себе бедного малыша и мать, которых заставляют рожать против силы земного притяжения. Это и в сто раз больнее и тяжелее. Естественно и без анастезии не обойтись, и разрывов , + от стресса весь окситоцин глушится. Вот тут-то его искуственно и закачивают.
*Рожали раньше плавно: сутки, двое… В СНГ, увы, часто попадаются врачи, которым скорее надо сбыть пациенток и они сразу вкалывают окситоцин, чтоб к 8 марта все палаты освободить. Привет разрывам и осложнениям!
*А так полно курсов по тому, как родить без вреда себе и ребенку. Сейчас даже остеопаты плод переворачивают в животе, чтоб не кесарить женщин с неправильным предлежанием. Короче… имейте ввиду упадочность здравоохранительной системы в СНГ.
18) поголовно не теряли молоко:
*Раньше не было выбора: не кормишь- ребенок будет слабый и скорее всего умрет. Либо отдавай кормилице. Сейчас согласно статистике только 2% женщин не способны кормить. Но по факту докармливают до 6 месяцев (далее уже можно вводить другую еду) только 50%.
*Виной тому доступность смесей, которые все равно не дают иммунитета, но на них ребенок живет. Хоть и не очень спокойно ввиду ее трудной усвояемости.
*Пропаганда всяких сосок и бутылочек, которые сбивают лактацию. А так ребенок ел молоко сколько нужно, тем самым регулируя свою норму потребления.
*Методики кормления 60-70 хх., раздельное содержание в роддомах матери и ребенка. В т.ч. любимые #Спок и #Комаровский, которые своими советами кормить по часам, и не кормить ночью убили лактацию в первые месяцы не одной маме.
*неверно прикладывают детей. Это очень частая проблема. Раньше все жили большими семьями и видели, как это делать
