Друзья, всех с первым днем осени!
Скорее всего вы знаете, что этой осенью я организую два йога-путешествия. В этих путешествиях будет много практики, практики кундалини йоги, конечно. И будет много знакомств с самыми удивительными и потаенными уголками Индии.
Такие путешествия - это всегда приключения яркие, наполненные событиями, а также это приглашения к самопознанию и расширению. Ведь просто посещение этих мест способно покачнуть устоявшуюся картину мира, здесь легко увидеть изнанку, которая спрятана от ваших глаз. Эти места своего рода катализаторы для процессов духовной трансформации. И так сложилось, что это мои любимые места. Мне повезло много путешествовать, я был в разных странах Европы и Азии, но каждый раз я с трепетом возвращаюсь именно сюда в мою любимую Индию. Эта любовь началась в 2012 году и с тех пор только растет. И вот плоды этой любви:
1) октябрь: Путешествие в Гималаи в священный Кедарнатх.
