Итак, на Баркемпе НТИ 20.35 я провел в качестве модератора круглый стол «Классические и перспективные задачи робототехники в интересах промышленных предприятий». Получилась живая дискуссия, между представителями крупнейших ВУЗов (СПбГУ, СПбПУ, ИННОПОЛИС, ИТМО и тд) и представителями крупнейший госкорпораций: РОСАТОМ, АФК СИСТЕМА, Ростех, ГАЗПРОМНЕФТЬ и другими.
Отметили, что за прошедший с прошлого мероприятия год мы достигли большого прогресса: ИННОПОЛИС при содействии сообщества смог подать, а затем и выиграть заявку на открытие Центра компетенций НТИ в области робототехники и мехатроники. Это — большая победа.
Выводы довольно интересны:
Первое: госкорпорации готовы внедрять робототехнику. У них уже есть четкое понимание целого класса задач, где она необходима. (Например, задачи по утилизации отработанных атомных реакторов). Они готовы финансировать эти задачи уже в ближайшей перспективе. Задачи в области НИОКР.
Второе: научное сообщество (ВУЗы, стартапы, инноваторы) готовы решать такие задачи, и, что крайне важно, готовы их решать в качестве коллаборации с друг-другом, что резко повышает шансы на успешное решение.
Третье: есть целый ряд преград — организационных, законодательных и управленческих.
Четвертое: сошлись в том, что главное в этой теме — кадры. Их гораздо меньше, чем нужно уже сейчас, я молчу про завтра.
Главный итог — такой формат прямого общения очень результативен, и мы уже готовим следующий круглый стол для нашей рабочей группы.

So, at BarCamp NTI 20.35 I conducted as a moderator a round table “Classic and future tasks of robotics in the interests of industrial enterprises”. We noted that over the past year since the last event we have achieved great progress: INNOPOLIS with the assistance of the community was able to submit and then win an application to open the NTI Competence Center in the field of robotics and mechatronics. This is a great victory.
The conclusions are quite interesting:
First: state corporations are ready to introduce robotics. They already have a clear understanding of the whole class of problems where it is needed. (For example, the task of disposing of spent nuclear reactors). They are ready to finance these tasks in the near future. Tasks in the field of R & D.
Second: the scientific community (universities, startups, innovators) are ready to solve such problems, and, which is extremely important, are ready to solve them as a collaboration with each other, which dramatically increases the chances of a successful solution.
Third: there are a number of obstacles - organizational, legislative and managerial.
Fourth: they agreed that the main thing in this topic is frames. They are much smaller than you need now, I am silent about tomorrow.
The main result is that this format of direct communication is very effective, and we are already preparing the next round table for our working group.
