????В статье я расскажу вам о том, как психика регулирует нашу репродуктивную функцию. Как мозг (кора больших полушарий, гипоталамус) руководят другими «элементами» человека, либо способствуя, либо препятствуя рождению ребёнка. Вы узнаете о 5 уровнях организации репродуктивной системы человека.
????????Чтобы ребёнок мог появиться на свет, женщина должна забеременеть. Этому предшествует поиск и выбор партнёра, секс. Это важные этапы реализации репродуктивной функции, где тоже оставляет свой след психика, но об этом как-нибудь потом.
????Уровни организации репродуктивной системы человека:
????Первый уровень — органы-мишени
Беременность начинается с факта слияния яйцеклетки и сперматозойда. Дальше зародыш должен пройти по трубам и достигнуть полости матки, где имплантируется и продолжит свою жизнь ближайшие 9 месяцев. Таким образом, для того, чтобы пара стала родителями, у женщины (в статье сосредоточимся на прекрасной половине человечества) должна быть матка. Это один из так называемых «органов-мишеней», относящихся к первому уроню организации нашей репродуктивной системы. Именно в органах непосредственно происходит интересующий нас процесс. Но сама ли матка выращивает ребёнка? Или есть кто-то за это отвечающий и регулирующий?
????♂️Второй уровень – яичники
В яичниках, во-первых, находится та самая яйцеклетка, которую так ждёт сперматозоид. А во-вторых, именно они вырабатывают гормоны, отвечающие за динамику женского менструального цикла (эстрогены и прогестероны). И, значит, за счёт их работы, секреции этих гормонов вообще возможно наступление беременности. Но только ли от них это зависит?
????Третий уровень — гипофиз
Располагается этот «элемент» в голове. И оттуда руководит работой яичников, секретируя гормоны, регулирующие работу не только яичников (ФСГ, ЛГ, пролактин)*, но и щитовидной железы (ТТГ)* и надпочечников (АКТГ)*. Это ещё один руководитель в нашей структуре. Как вы понимаете, есть ещё более вышестоящие инстанции.
????Четвёртый уровень – гипоталамус
Мы уже почти подобрались к коре больших полушарий и психике. Итак, следуя нашей логике, вы уже поняли, что гипоталамус руководит работой гипофиза, вырабатывая гормоны либерины, которые регулирую секрецию всех вышеперечисленных гормонов в гипофизе (каждый либерин отвечает за свой гормон). Гипоталамус — структура, которая уже может заинтересовать психологов, потому что она имеет отношение к так называемому «эмоциональному мозгу». И его работа крайне зависит от наших эмоциональных состояний. А, кроме того, врачи знают, что секреция важных гормонов гипоталамуса может существенным образом меняться вследствие стрессовых ситуаций, при смене сезонов года, при заболеваниях и т.д. Ну и, конечно, трудности гипоталамуса тут же отразятся на его «подчинённых» — гипофизе, яичниках и органах-мишенях.
????Пятый уровень — кора больших полушарий
Именно кора – менеджер высшего звена. Она отвечает за принятие решения и дальнейшую реализацию задачи деторождения. Кора воспринимает импульсы из внешней среды. Психика оценивает «условия и ресурсы» человека. Эти данные лягут в основу решения, дать отмашку на беременность и рождение ребёнка или пока притормозить. Сигналы внешней среды принимаются мозгом и превращаются в нервные (электрические) импульсы. Через нейротрансмиттеры эти импульсы передаются в гипоталамус. Гипоталамус же, в свою очередь, переводит нервный сигнал на язык эндокринной системы и даёт разнарядки 3,2,1 уровням соответственно. Гипофиз и яичники его своеобразные «замы», с помощью которых в конечном итоге «органы-исполнители» получают информацию, что же делать им. Сохранять беременность или нет, выпускать яйцеклетку из фолликула или нет, выращивать эндометрий, нужный для имплантации или нет и т.д.
????Наша репродуктивная система имеет сложную иерархическую организацию. В ней есть элементы, которые «рулят» (кора мозга, гипоталамус), есть менеджеры среднего звена (гипофиз) а есть исполнители (яичники, органы-мишени). Поэтому крайне важно подходить к решению трудностей, возникших на пути рождения ребёнка комплексно. Недостаточно вылечить орган, который мешает беременности. Важно определиться, что по этому поводу думает голова, и почему на данный момент времени её разнарядка – не рожать.

This is one of the so-called "target organs" related to the first damage to the organization of our reproductive system. It is in the organs that the process that interests us occurs directly. But does the uterus raise a baby? Or is there someone responsible and regulating for this?

In the ovaries, firstly, there is the very egg that the sperm is waiting for. And secondly, it is they who produce hormones responsible for the dynamics of the female menstrual cycle (estrogens and progesterones). This "element" is located in the head. And from there it directs the work of the ovaries, secreting hormones that regulate not only the ovaries (FSH, LH, prolactin) *, but also the thyroid gland (TSH) * and adrenal glands (ACTH) *. This is another leader in our structure. As you know, there are even more higher authorities.
???? The fourth level is the hypothalamus
We have almost reached the cerebral cortex and psyche. So, following our logic, you already realized that the hypothalamus directs the work of the pituitary gland by producing the hormones liberine, which regulate the secretion of all of the above hormones in the pituitary gland (each liberin is responsible for its own hormone). The hypothalamus is a structure that may already be of interest to psychologists, because it relates to the so-called "emotional brain." And his work is extremely dependent on our emotional states. And, in addition, doctors know that the secretion of important hormones of the hypothalamus can significantly change due to stressful situations, when changing seasons, with diseases, etc. And, of course, the difficulties of the hypothalamus will immediately affect its “subordinates” - the pituitary gland, ovaries and target organs.
???? Fifth level - cerebral cortex
It is bark that is the top manager. She is responsible for making decisions and further implementing the task of procreation. The bark perceives impulses from the external environment. The psyche evaluates the "conditions and resources" of a person. These data will form the basis of the decision, give the go-ahead for pregnancy and childbirth, or while slowing down. Environmental signals are received by the brain and turn into nerve (electrical) impulses. Through neurotransmitters, these impulses are transmitted to the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus, in turn, translates the nerve signal into the language of the endocrine system and gives orders of 3.2.1 levels, respectively. The pituitary gland and ovaries are its peculiar “locks”, with the help of which the “executing organs” ultimately receive information about what to do to them. Preserve pregnancy or not, release the egg from the follicle or not, grow the endometrium, necessary for implantation or not, etc.

It has elements that “rule” (cerebral cortex, hypothalamus), there are middle managers (pituitary gland) and there are performers (ovaries, target organs). It is not enough to cure an organ that interferes with pregnancy. It is important to decide what the head thinks about this, and why at the given moment its order is not to give birth.
