Мне важно отразить на снимке мою суть, как психолога-консультанта. А как её отражает фото с чашкой (то ли кофе, то ли чая)?
На одной из сессий по клинической психологии (как раз по псиконсультированию). Нам привели цитату М. Павича: "Человек, чье сердце полно молчания, совсем не таков, как тот, чье сердце полно тишины". Задача психолога - сохранять тишину. Тишину внутри себя. Не трогая клиента своими объяснительными гипотезами (что про твою ситуацию говорили Фрейд, Юнг, Берн и ещё 100500 именитых мужиков и тёток. Они про сидящего передо мной вообще были ни сном, ни духом). Задача специалиста - помочь человеку услышать себя. Расширить взгляд на ситуацию, за счёт чего становятся видны маленькие, но лазейки, казалось бы, из тупика.
Поэтому пусть этот снимок олицетворяет тишину. Внутри себя я пью чай. Кофе, всё-таки, не мой напиток.
