Вчера весь день размышляла о таких понятиях, как потребности, обязанности, ответственности в семье. Я очень часто слышу от клиентов:
????♀️ Ребёнок не слушается, не делает то, что я требую.
????♀️ От мужа не дождёшься выполнения просьб.
И вчера меня осенило, что это ведь всё про одно. Человек попросту не делает того, чего не хочет! Разве это не правильно? Это по-моему очень здоровое поведение. Только вот как быть с ответственностью и обязанностями? Вот тут вопрос. И для меня. И для мира. И в теории, и в практике человек (взрослый и ребёнок) будет что-то делать, если у него есть мотивация, внутренне побуждение это сделать. На «заставлении» далеко не уедем. Вдохновлять нужно учиться. Вот дружно этому и давайте учиться с понедельника.
