Ищем обладателя доступа к современному телевизору, находящемуся на территории России. Настолько современному, чтоб у него была функция "записать по расписанию и посмотреть позже". И подключение к телевизионной сети НЕ через iptv.
Что нужно? Записать пару минут (или всю программу) "События" на ТВЦ.
Почему их? Потому что они участвуют в инициативе "Голоса", в реальном времени человеком набранные точные субтитры новостей лля слабослышащих людей.
Зачем это мне? Чтоб понять, правда jjи это все еще работает и через какой протокол и понять, какое оборудование нужно, чтоб записывать в больших масштабах и автоматизированно.
Зачем это глобально? Есть опенсорс инициатива по разработке инструментов мультимодального анализа коммуникации. Чтоб смотреть не только на текст, но и на интонации, жесты, дополнительные изображения и все это вместе. В их архиве уже 250т часов звучания на многих языках, но пока что нет русского, что довольно странно (вот чешский уже есть).
А в чем проблема? По разработанному ими пртоколу нужна любая тв трансляция с субтитрами через систему телетекст. Внезапно, в РФ такое официально есть у 4 каналов, реально - у одного. В нужном формате это не выкладывается в интернет и не транслируется за рубеж.
Если кто-то сможет мне помочь - буду безмерно благодарна, привезу чеддера или других странностей и могу даже присвоить звание маленькой красной курочки:)

We are looking for the owner of access to a modern TV located in Russia. So modern so that it has the function "record on schedule and watch later." And connecting to a television network is NOT through iptv.
What do you need? Record a couple of minutes (or the entire program) of "Events" on TVC.
Why them? Because they participate in the “Voices” initiative, in real time a person typed in accurate subtitles of news for hearing-impaired people.
Why do I need this? In order to understand the truth of jj, it still works and through what protocol and to understand what equipment is needed in order to record on a large scale and automatically.
Why is it global? There is an open source initiative to develop multimodal communication analysis tools. To look not only at the text, but also at the intonation, gestures, additional images and all this together. In their archive there are already 250t hours of sound in many languages, but so far there is no Russian, which is rather strange (here Czech already exists).
What's the problem? According to the protocol developed by them, any TV broadcast with subtitles through the teletext system is needed. Suddenly, in the Russian Federation, 4 channels officially have this, in reality - one. In the required format, this is not laid out on the Internet and is not broadcast abroad.
If someone can help me, I will be immensely grateful, I will bring cheddar or other oddities and I can even assign the title of a little red chicken :)
