Почти у каждого водителя хотя бы раз в жизни была такая ситуация, что уже во время езды он понимал, что забыл дома права. И ведь в таком случае, согласно КоАП, автомобилисту грозит не только штраф 500 рублей, но и эвакуация автомобиля на штрафстоянку. Стоит ли говорить, сколько потраченных нервов стоила такая норма автомобилистам?
Однако уже скоро такая ситуация перестанет быть большой проблемой. Как сообщает «Российская Газета», в Госдуму внесен законопроект, согласно которому из КоАП исключается норма об эвакуации в случае «забывчивости водителя». Речь идет об удалении из ч. 1 ст. 12.3 КоАП слов «документов на право управления транспортным средством» и добавлением статьи 1.1, в котором будет предусмотрена ответственность в размере 500 рублей, без более серьезных последствий.
