Объявлен открытый конкурс по выделению грантов некоммерческим неправительственным организациям (ННО) для реализации проектов, имеющих социальное значение в сфере поддержки молодежных инициатив, проектов молодежных движений и организаций.
Организатор: Фонд подготовки кадрового резерва “Государственный клуб”.
Целью конкурса является выявление и поддержка лучших проектов некоммерческих неправительственных организаций, имеющих социальное значение в сфере поддержки молодежных инициатив, проектов молодежных движений и организаций.
К участию в конкурсе допускаются проекты, имеющие социальное значение в сфере поддержки молодежных инициатив, проектов молодежных движений и организаций.
Проекты, предоставляемые на конкурс, оцениваются по следующим основным критериям:
1. соответствие проекта целям и условиям Конкурса; 2. актуальность и социальная значимость проекта; 3. детальная проработанность проекта, в т.ч. соответствие мероприятий проекта его целям и задачам, оптимальность механизмов его реализации; 4. конкретность, значимость и достижимость результатов проекта; 5. реалистичность и обоснованность представленной сметы проекта (в т.ч. обоснованность затрат с точки зрения объема деятельности и предполагаемых результатов проекта; соответствие статей расходов предполагаемой проектной деятельности); 6. наличие позитивного опыта реализации проектов у Заявителя, в т.ч. по заявленному в проекте направлению; 7. наличие собственного вклада Заявителя или привлечения дополнительных источников финансирования; 8. территориальный охват проекта; 9. вовлечение в участие в реализации проекта молодежи и молодежных общественных объединений; 10. возможность позитивных изменений по результатам реализации проекта.
Итоги конкурса будут подведены 16 октября 2012 по месту фактического заседания конкурсной комиссии по адресу: 121069, г. Москва, ул. Большая Никитская, дом 47, строение 3 и размещены на сайте Фонда “Государственный клуб”.

Projects submitted for the competition are evaluated according to the following main criteria:
1. compliance of the project with the objectives and conditions of the Competition; 2. relevance and social significance of the project; 3. detailed elaboration of the project, including compliance of the project activities with its goals and objectives, the optimality of the mechanisms for its implementation; 4. specificity, relevance and attainability of the project results; 5. the feasibility and validity of the proposed project estimates (including the justification of costs in terms of the volume of activities and the expected results of the project; compliance of the cost items of the proposed project activities); 6. Applicant has positive experience in implementing projects, incl. in the direction declared in the project; 7. availability of the Applicant's own contribution or attraction of additional sources of financing; 8. territorial scope of the project; 9. involvement of youth and youth public associations in participating in the project; 10. The possibility of positive changes based on the results of the project.
