Мороз и солнце, прямо как у Александра Сергеевича))) вчера собрались с силами и доехали-таки посмотреть на ледовые скульптуры на Московскую - ничего так, для детишек, наверное, кайфово.. Нужно будет в Петропавловку еще выбраться для сравнения...
А сегодня главное событие - Сочельник, как говорили в старину: с Рождественского Сочельника солнце идёт на лето, а мороз - на зиму. Готовимся к вечерней службе и готовим на завтра праздничный обед. Праздников много нынче: Святое Рождество Христово и Богоявление в Армении, Праздник Богоявления празднуют католики, а еще в Болгарии, Греции и на Кипре. Последователи славянских верований отмечают Турицы - праздник посвящен туру - одному из древнейших почитаемых славянами животному, обладающему магической силой. Тур - сын Велеса и Макоши, в нем воплощен союз Велеса и Перуна во славу и процветание Рода. У последователей древних Вед - Сапхала Экадаши, а на Ямайке - день Марунов)))
В истории сегодня: в 563 заново освящён собор Святой Софии в Константинополе, пострадавший после землетрясения 557 года, в 1217 Орден меченосцев совершил рейд в новгородские земли, в 1579 заключение Аррасской унии, начало процесса объединения Нидерландов, в 1813 издан манифест Александра I об окончании Отечественной войны, в 1827 в Санкт-Петербурге открывается Военная галерея Зимнего дворца, в которой помещены портреты полководцев - героев Отечественной войны 1812 г., в 1838 открыли памятники М.
