Нам-то он выдал кучку мелких пакостей-неприятностей, и погодные оказались на первом месте. Ветер умудрился устроить небольшой blackout в области, и Кронштадт, хоть и относится к городу, тоже задело по касательной. Даже собор вечером какое-то время не светился... Зато сейчас всё нормально, всё хорошо.
Праздников сегодня совсем немного, но они есть: в России отмечают День памяти великого князя Александра Невского, у наших ближайших соседей (практически через дорогу - у финнов) - День независимости, у западных христиан и в Греции - День святого Николая, а у чудиков - День рыжих мыслей, такое себе красивое, тёплое и одновременно предновогоднее что-то из ароматных мандаринок, мурлыкающих рыжих котов и солнышка. Между прочим, синоптики обещают, что оно выглянет сегодня даже в Петербурге)))
В народном календаре - Митрофанов день, в честь Митрофана Воронежского, устраивали гуляния — собирали со всех домов муку, пекли пироги, варили пиво и поглядывали за погодой: если в этот день шел мелкий снег и дул ветер с севера, то 6 июня должен будет пролиться холодный дождь. Еще на Руси чтили память Александра Невского: поминали павших воинов и гадали об ушедших на войну. Для этого пекли три булки, в одну из которых клали крест, после этого их раскладывали по дому: одну — на порог, другую — на лавку, третью — на полку у образов. Если булка с крестом оказывалась на пороге, то солдат скоро должен был вернуться домой, если же у образов — то он мог не вернуться вовсе
В истории были свои мысли по поводу этого дня: в 1741 государственный переворот в России, в результате которого императрицей стала Елизавета Петровна, дочь Петра I, в 1819 в Петербурге основано Главное инженерное училище, которое одно время располагалось в Михайловском замке, с тех пор его иногда величают Инженерным замком, в 1873 в Петербурге, в сквере перед Александринским театром открыли памятник Екатерине II, работы М.
