Не знаю, каким получится последний летний день, но утро удивительно красивое - томное, теплое, солнечное, светлое... Как будто не август заканчивается, а июль к середине только неспешно подошел, расслабленной от тепла походкой... А значит природное лето еще побудет с нами, порадует и погодой, и солнцем, и теплом. Спрятать надо календари подальше и только краем глаза заглядывать - какой нынче праздник)))
А отмечают сегодня: День блога, Православный день ветеринара (совершенно официальный, в день православных святых мучеников Флора и Лавра), День лошади, День слухов и сплетен, День борьбы с провалами в памяти, День питания на улице, День смеси сухофруктов и орехов и День шепота травы у чудиков.
В народном календаре: Флор и Лавр, Лошадиный праздник. Святые Флор и Лавр — раннехристианские мученики, родные братья, пострадавшие за веру. По преданию, в день когда были обретены их мощи прекратился падёж скота. С тех пор святых считают покровителями лошадей (даже на иконах изображают с животными), и ветеринаров.
