А вот солнце, вроде решило всё-таки взять выходной, и спряталось за тут же набежавшие тучки. Но на улице по-прежнему тепло, а значит Бабье лето в самом разгаре.
И праздники сегодня есть у нас: Всемирный день предотвращения самоубийств (World Suicide Prevention Day), День супруга, День обмена идеями, Рош аШана — еврейский Новый Год (по весьма странному стечению обстоятельств, именно вчера собрались с друзьями за столом, а стол получился по новогоднему богатым, вот мы весь вечер друг друга "С Новым годом" и поздравляли... не зря, оказывается))) и День разноцветных букетов у чудиков (обожаю осенние цветы, яркие, богатые, пушистые... что-то давно меня букетами разноцветными не радовали, нужно срочно исправлять ситуацию).
В народном календаре: Анна и Савва Скирдники, в честь православных святых - праведной Анны Пророчицы и преподобного Саввы Крыпецкого, Псковского. Завершалась последняя жатва хлебов, а снопы складывали в скирды - отсюда и второе название праздника. Начинались праздники и ярмарки, а вот сватовство в этот день не проводилось, впрочем и алкоголь не употребляли - молились об избавлении от пьянства.
В истории хороводы складывались из событий дня: в 1492 первое празднование Нового года, перенесенное Иваном III с 1 марта на 1 сентября (дата по новому стилю), в 1693 Петром I заложено первое судно — 24-пушечный корабль «Св. Павел», в 1721 в городе Ништадт (Финляндия) подписан русско-шведский мирный договор, завершивший Северную войну, в 1723 Ботик Петра I, торжественно перевезенный из Москвы в Петербург, установлен на Государевом бастионе Петропавловской крепости, в 1724 в Александро-Невскую Лавру перенесены мощи Александра Невского, это событие отмечается РПЦ 12 сентября, в 1756 Жозе I подписал указ об основании первого в мире разграниченного региона для производства вина (Портвейна), и основал королевскую компанию Companhia Geral da Agricultura das Vinhas do Alto Douro, а в России учреждён первый русский театр: императрица Елизавета Петровна издала Указ об учреждении «русского для представления трагедий и комедий театра» в Петербурге, в 1790 в Санкт-Петербурге состоялось торжественное освящение Троицкого собора Александро-Невской Лавры, в 1855 Крымская война: только через два дня спустя после ухода последних русских солдат неприятель — французы, англичане и сардинцы — решился вступить в Севастополь, в 1894 оштрафован первый водитель за вождение автомобиля в пьяном виде — лондонский таксист, в 1908 русским правительством основана Финская Академия наук и художеств, в 1918 журналист и историк Ч.
