Забавно слушать, как практически все политические партии обещают придя во власть бороться за интересы народа. Но дело даже не в том, что само по себе противопоставление «власти» и «народа» порочно — власть должна исходить от народа. А что собственно такое этот самый «народ» и каковы его интересы? Чьи именно интересы собираются защищать все эти кандидаты? Как так получилось, что все они вроде бы соперники, а борются за один и тот же народ?
Буквальное понимание формулировки «партия жуликов и воров» лишь переваливание ответственности на других. Что же это получается, президент и премьер у нас такие честные, с коррупцией борются, народ у нас вообще белый и пушистый, вечно страдает от тонкой прослойки деспотов-чиновников из этой самой партии. Нет, господа, это полный бред. В конце концов, любая власть держится на народе тем или иным способом. И не важно, избрана она прямым голосованием, или сформирована при молчаливой поддержке большинства — каждый народ достоин своего правительства. Это народ у нас и есть народ жуликов и воров, а Е..ная Россия — это и есть народная партия.
Народ очень разный. Кому-то нужны большие налоги, кому-то маленькие, кто-то хочет право на эвтаназии, а кто-то борется против абортов, кто-то стоит за права меньшинств, а кто-то борется против иммиграции. Кто-то боится, что завтра на них нападут американцы, а кто-то этого с нетерпением ждет. Конечно, на настоящих выборах кандидаты должны бороться за подобные идеи, за голоса людей из разделяющих. Да, это показывает, что у нас нет политической жизни. Но на самом деле еще и то, что большинство действительно устраивает если не Е..ная Россия в лицах, то по крайней мере сложившийся режим.
Да, именно так. Ругаете чиновников, что берут взятки, но кто их им дает? А кто хуже, Медвепут лично или родители, дающие взятку военкому дабы отмазать своих здоровых сыночков, вместо которого пойдет служить больной? Водители уже на стадии получения прав соглашаются не идти на принцип, а упростить себе жизнь заплатить мзду, а потом возмущаются беспределом сотрудников дорожной инспекции, сами продолжая при этом массово нарушать правила движения, воспринимая закон не как средство удобства и достижения безопасности, а как игру "кто кого?".
Много ли мы пробуем сами не нарушать закон? А много ли пытаемся добиться его соблюдения от других? Пробовали ли не выполнить незаконное поручение начальства? Да, в ущерб, в ущерб своему времени, выгоде, удобству. Можно пуститься в объяснения, что ущерб этот будет тактический, но не стратегический, но за все скажет вот такой характерный момент нашей повседневности: мы не доносим бумажку до урны, а потом возмущаемся, что на улицах грязно. Надо начинать с себя и с малого, а не думать «а что я один могу изменить?».
То, что рыба гниет с головы это миф. Всякая рыба гниет с живота. И хотя вполне естественно, что чем ближе деньги и власть, тем больше коррупции, количество преступлений «наверху» прямо зависит от законности «внизу». Трудно ожидать, что люди будут соблюдать закон только по принципу «не поймают». Так не поймают никогда, потому что и те, кто должен ловить живут теми же «ценностями». И если большую часть населения устраивает система отката, неуплаты налогов, не несения ответственности за качество производимого и продаваемого товара, местничество, своячество и кормушки — и наличие возможности зарабатывать, зарабатывать и зарабатывать этакими путями — Партия Воров и Жуликов, т.е. вот этих самых представителей народа, защитница интересов этого электората, которые определенно в большинстве, так останется у власти. Вот истинный смысл этой формулировки.
Я глубоко убежден, что преступления произрастают снизу. Заплатив в маршрутке и не взяв билет мы открываем дорогу экономическим преступлениям и неуплате налогов. Давая взятку мы способствует тому, чтобы их и брали и требовали. Переходя улицу на «красный» свет мы сами даем «зеленый» фальсификациям на выборах.
Как мне не нравятся пафосные фразы, типа что у нас тут нас последний шанс что-то исправить, доказать, что мы не такие, что мы не жулики и воры..
