Что в ней интересного так это что улица Powell идёт по холмам (то вверх то вниз) и по ней ходит винтажный трамвай на тросовой тяге.
Внизу под дорогой протянут трос за который цепляется трамвай и поднимается на холм.
Звук троса в движении хорошо слышен когда просто переходишь дорогу или стоишь рядом.

Below the road, a cable is stretched over which the tram clings and rises to the hill.
