и к слову, передача прав на произведение может и в агентском договоре, то есть главное - какие условия, а не какое название.
про то, что сам артист по ходу интервью так же согласен с тем, что у него нет никаких прав на песни, и на прямой вопрос "по договору у вас нет никаких прав на них?" отвечает "вообще никаких" - я почти что промолчала.
