Вчера произошло чудовищное событие – теракт в питерском метро, в котором погибли и пострадали мирные граждане. В первую очередь хочу выразить соболезнования их родственникам и близким.
В данном контексте очень порадовало то, как смогли скооперироваться простые люди. Обычные петербуржцы везли бесплатно оставшихся без метро людей, кафе открывали свои двери и поили всех желающих чаем, даже далеко не всегда щедрые транспортные компании по возможности везли людей из центра безвозмездно. Но это что касается простых горожан. Про власти такое сказать трудно. Я считаю, что именно они допустили транспортный коллапс, которого можно было избежать.
Насколько мне известно, к вечеру были выведены на маршруты, параллельные веткам метро, 150 дополнительных автобусов. Неплохо, скажете вы. А я скажу, что нет, чертовски мало. В шестимиллионном городе работают более полутысячи маршрутов, на каждом из них десятки транспортных средств. Получается несколько тысяч автобусов, троллейбусов и трамваев. И это не считая коммерческих перевозчиков. Надо было вывезти из центра не менее миллиона человек. Одно ТС везёт примерно сто человек. Сколько вывезет 150 ТС за раз? 15000 человек. Простая математика. Да, конечно там были и обычные ежедневные маршруты, но всё было настолько раскоординировано, что сотни тысяч человек были вынуждены добираться до дома пешком.
Далее рассказ пойдёт со слов моего отца, добиравшегося до дома в Рыбацком с Восстания почти пять часов.
Отец недавно сильно повредил ногу и ходит с трудом. С двух до трёх часов дня он должен был пройти осмотр в клинике на Невском, рядом с площадью Восстания. Врач опоздал, и отец вышел от него в пятом часу. Метро уже не работало, транспорт битком, его было явно недостаточно, чтобы вместить толпы желающих уехать людей. Пока он двигался пешком по Невскому к площади Александра Невского, пустили дублирующие метро автобусы, но на многих была странная нумерация, не М и номер ветки, а М8 и другие, понять точно, куда они едут не было возможности. Кроме время от времени проезжающих с мигалками автомобилей не было заметно на всём протяжении его пешего пути ни одного полицейского, ни одного регулировщика. Никакой координации движения, толпы просто шли сами по себе. И это в стране с рекордным количеством стражей порядка на душу населения. С трудом верится, что все они в этот момент были в метро.
Повезло отцу, когда он добрался до Александра Невского, да и то не сразу. Через час-полтора ожидания общественного транспорта на остановку подкатил рейсовый автобус и водитель предложил довезти всех, кто влезет, до Ломоносовской. Он влез. Денег водитель ни с кого не взял. Потом правда пришлось помучиться, большую часть до дома он проковылял пешком.
Мой отец совсем ни либерал, власть ему скорее даже нравится. Но в этот раз он был сильно возмущён её бездействием. «Что это за губернатор у нас, который допустил такую ситуацию в городе? Почему просидел весь вечер в метро (что, с одной стороны, может и похвально), не выступил перед прессой, не успокоил горожан?» - спросил меня он.
Да, мы знаем, что Полтавченко не любит публичности, ну тут тот самый случай, когда он обязан был как глава города не прятаться за спину своего пресс-секретаря и силовиков. Да, он провёл в метро на совещаниях весь вечер, разбираясь с последствиями на месте непосредственно самой трагедии, но пусть меня простят за то, что я скажу, у него в зоне ответственности ВЕСЬ город, а не только одна станция метро, пусть и важнейшая на тот момент точка в Питере.
Это в очередной раз говорит о том, что глава города не на своей должности, проблемы горожан ему далеки и непонятны. Он готов только реагировать на что-то уже случившееся, а не предупреждать, да и то далеко не лучшим образом. Не хочется повторять многих, кто об этом писал и говорил, но миллиарды, потраченные на рамки в метро оказались выкинутыми на ветер. И так со многими вещами не только в Питере, но и во всей стране. Наши войска воюют в Сирии, чтобы мы якобы жили безопасно, но сбитый самолёт над Синаем, непонятно почему упавший военный самолёт в Адлере, убийства послов (не только Турции, кстати) и то, что случилось вчера, говорят об обратном. Власть не может обеспечить нашу безопасность. Или не хочет. Или не может. Вкупе со всеми событиями в мире и стране, могу сказать честно: я эту власть не выбирал, мне её навязали против воли, мне такая власть не нужна.
Ну а в заключении хочу пожелать всем мира и добра. А Полтавченко надо отправлять в отставку. Люблю Питер и Россию.

And that's not counting commercial carriers. It was necessary to remove at least a million people from the center. One vehicle carries about a hundred people. How much will take 150 vehicles at a time? 15,000 people. Simple math. Yes, of course there were also regular daily routes, but everything was so coordinated that hundreds of thousands of people were forced to get to the house on foot.

My father recently severely injured his leg and walks with difficulty. From two to three in the afternoon he had to undergo an examination in a clinic on Nevsky, next to Uprising Square. The metro no longer worked, the transport was jam-packed, it was clearly not enough to accommodate the crowds of people who wanted to leave. While he was walking along Nevsky to Alexander Nevsky Square, duplicate subway buses started up, but many had strange numbers, not M and the branch number, but M8 and others, it was not possible to understand exactly where they were going. In addition to occasionally passing cars with flashing lights, not a single policeman, not a single traffic controller was noticeable throughout his walking path. No coordination of movement, the crowds simply walked on their own. And this is in a country with a record number of law enforcement per capita. It is hard to believe that all of them at that moment were in the subway.
Lucky father, when he got to Alexander Nevsky, and even then not immediately. After an hour and a half of waiting for public transport, a regular bus drove up to the stop and the driver offered to bring everyone who fit into Lomonosovskaya. He climbed. The driver did not take money from anyone. Then the truth had to suffer, most of the way to the house he hobbled on foot.
My father is not at all liberal; he rather likes power. But this time he was greatly outraged by her inaction. “What kind of governor is we who allowed such a situation in the city? Why did he spend the whole evening in the subway (which, on the one hand, can be commendable), didn’t speak to the press, and didn’t calm the citizens? he asked me.

This once again suggests that the head of the city is not at his post, the problems of the townspeople are far from him and incomprehensible. He is only ready to react to something already happened, and not to warn, and even that is far from the best way.
