Первый старт нового спортивного года????

12 октября состоялся Кубок Ижевска по тяжелой атлетике.
Я не была готова участвовать в этих соревнованиях: в конце августа повредила колено, упав на ровном месте, потом уехала путешествовать, а затем позволила себе немного простыть . Итог - более месяца без хороших тренировок. Думала пропустить эти соревнования, но Тренер сказал "Надо") И я ему очень благодарна.
Каждый раз мне очень страшно выходить на помост. Я борюсь с собственными страхами.
Сегодня удалось приблизится к своим максимальным весам, собрав сумму в 120 кг (55 рывок, 65 толчок). Я очень довольна, потому что даже в условиях небольшой растренированности и потери сил удалось настроиться и преодолеть веса и страх.
Этот бесценный опыт кладу в копилку и работаю дальше.

12 of October passed The Weightlifting 's Cup of Izhevsk.
I was not ready for it. Because of a stupid knee's injury I had in the end of august, and after my travelling and a mild cold later - I hadn't serious weightlifting workouts during more than month. I wanted to skip this cup, but my trainer said me "You must". And I am grateful him for it.
Every time I am scared to go to the platform. I fight with myself.
Today I turned out to approach the maximum weights, having the amount of 120 kg. (55 in snatch, 65 in clean@jerk).
I am very pleased with it, even in conditions of a slight loss of strength I could overcome weights and fear.
I put this valuable experience into myself and move on.

I was not ready to participate in these competitions: at the end of August I injured my knee, falling out of the blue, then I left to travel, and then allowed myself to catch a little cold. The result - more than a month without good training. I thought to skip these competitions, but the Trainer said “It should”) And I am very grateful to him.
Every time I am very scared to go to the platform. I fight my own fears.
Today managed to get closer to their maximum weights, collecting the amount of 120 kg (55 jerk, 65 push). I am very pleased, because even in the conditions of a slight discomfort and loss of strength, I managed to tune in and overcome weight and fear.
I put this invaluable experience in the piggy bank and continue to work.
