Все «народные» хитрости можно сгруппировать в несколько блоков. Первый: сдавать ЕГЭ едут в глубинку. Тут и контроля поменьше, и вольностей побольше, да и чиновники победнее, то есть – согласные на все. Доходит до того, что сами учителя решают тесты прямо в ходе испытания и дают списывать ученикам. Замечено, что огромная масса учеников на Северном Кавказе открепилась от городских школ и поехала сдавать экзамен в дальние селения, где вольностей на экзаменах больше.
Вторая хитрость (для людей более состоятельных): получение официальной справки от врача. Лекари пишут все, что угодно, вплоть до того, что у ученика возникло полуобморочное состояние. Для школьников, пропустивших экзамен по болезни, закон предусматривает отдельную сдачу в другое, более благоприятное, время. Естественно, там благоприятным становится не только время, но и условия сдачи.
Третья хитрость (для людей очень богатых): покупка бланков тестов у лиц, имеющих к ним доступ, и решение заданий заблаговременно, с помощью высококвалифицированных преподавателей. В этой связи смешно было читать сообщения из Ставропольского края, где девочки некоторых первых лиц региона сдали русский язык на 100 баллов.
Четвертая хитрость: участие в перепродаже. Те, кто заплатил бешеные деньги за бланки тестов, мечтает отбить эти бабки с помощью последующей продажи. Билеты предлагаются более бедным слоям, а те в складчину покупают бланки ЕГЭ вместе с ответами. Оказывается, в цепочке могут поучаствовать и сами ученики – им же тоже хочется отбить свои кровные. Тесты продаются по цепочке до тех пор, пока они не дойдут до самого ленивого и самого бедного. Успеваемость при сдаче ЕГЭ растет, как на дрожжах – приятно всем. Мы самая образованная страна в мире!
