Happy Birthday!
Тора приучает нас задавать вопросы и пытаться дать на них ответы. Вопрос может быть очень простым. Ответ на него, порой, неожиданно становится ответом на множество других, гораздо более сложных вопросов, которые ставит сама жизнь.
Еврейский Новый Год связан, как известно, с Творением Мира. Наступает 5760 год. Полных 5759 лет просуществовал наш мир, вплотную подступив к шеститысячелетнему барьеру, за которым неотвратимо, как рассвет, его ожидают неизведанно прекрасные времена Мошиаха. Каким бы мир ни был и какими бы ни были мы. Ребе, мэлэх аМошиах пророчествовал о том, что это произодет гораздо раньше - в нашем поколении. Новый год - День Рождения мира. "День начала деяний Твоих".
- Точнее (самое время поправиться), не совсем День Рождения Мира, а день рождения Человека.
- Что же это Вы так спокойны?! Ничего себе, "поправиться"?! Значит Творение Мира произошло на 6 дней раньше? Значит день рождения мира - не первого Тишрей, а 25 Элула. Значит Новый Год уже прошел. Значит мы опаздывали с Новым Годом все эти 5758 лет! Что же Вы молчали?!
- Мы не молчали. Это Вы не спрашивали.
- А мы знали, о чем спрашивать?

Действительно странно. То, что Новый Год назначен Всевышним на 6 дней позже, чем годовщина Творения - не является проблемой. В конце концов, почему бы и нет. Гораздо интереснее, почему этот день - был назван Всевышним "Днем начала деяний".
Давайте вспомним порядок Творения. Раскроем Тору и внимательно проследим, в какой из 6 дней возникала каждая из деталей этого мира. Да, действительно, Вы были правы, Адам был сотворен в самый последний момент. "Вдыхание души" в первого человека было заключительным актом Творения. Ничего нового, из того, "что есть под Луной" после этого создано не было. Что же появилось до этого? - Все.
Вы можете представить себе количество неживой материи, которой набит наш бесконечный мир? Вы можете себе представить общее количество растений на всей территории Земли? Вы можете представить себе всех от велика до мала животных, обитающих на территории планеты? Вряд ли. Слишком много, пугающе много всего этого: бесконечные леса и поля, покрывающие Землю. Над ними небо, в котором, как в чудовищном аттракционе вращаются, разделенные космической чернотой, бесчисленные и огромные глиняные тела планет. Давно ли ночью, примяв спиной холодную траву, Вы смотрели на звезды. Следующим летом, уехав из пыльного города, не забывайте почаще делать это.
На шестой день, вылепленный из горстки смоченной влагой пыли, на поверхности Планеты Земля сидел человек. Над его головой висело послеполуденное солнце. Мир был готов к субботе. Для того, чтобы историю человечества можно было считать открытой, не хватало только первого греха. Как ничтожен он был среди Вселенной! Как он был одинок! Но именно от этого момента Б-г приказал отсчитывать годы. Именно его, а не день сотворения Солнца и Луны, не день сотворения птиц и рыб, - день Сотворения Человека назвал Он днем начала своих деяний.
Количество и качество. Видеть больше, чем позволяет скорлупа материальности. Усмотреть величие в том, что кажется ничтожным. Не бояться кажущегося великим ничтожия. Кто научит нас этому? - Тора.
И она учит - каждой строчкой, каждым словом и каждой буквой, внутренним смыслом каждого закона и каждого обычая. Начало представления - не установка декораций. Маленький одинокий Адам посреди огромного мира - единственный, в чьих силах изменить мир. Едва открыв глаза, он не узнал - почувствовал свое предназначение и перевернул мироздание одной отчаянной в его, Адама одиночестве, фразой: «Пойдемте поклонимся Б-гу». Маленький еврейский народ - в руках которого ключи от совершенства Творения.
И каждый Новый Год все повторяется заново. Снова сотворяется мир. Опять Б-г ждет, когда мы откроем глаза и, стараясь подняться над самими собой, посмотрим в небо. Каждый год мы должны сосредоточенно вглядеться в суть вещей. Поставить себя напротив пугающего недоступного величия мира и... не испугаться. Сделать два дня остановки и посмотреть внутрь себя - найти свое место между Б-гом и миром - дать душе без суеты ощутить себя тем, чем она является - б-жественной песчинкой одетой в материальность подчиненного ей мира. Почувствовать себя евреем.

Чего пожелать Вам в будущем году?..
Каждый праздник дает нам возможность стать немножко выше. Не только это. Мы можем забрать с собой кусочек праздника, который целый год будет служить нам защитой от суеты повседневности, напоминать о том, ради чего мы созданы и ради чего стоит существовать. "День долог. Работы много. Хозяин подгоняет. Не тебе дано закончить работу, но и не вправе ты отказаться от нее".
Здоровья. Счастья. Удачи. Или, как с глубокой древности говорили наши деды: "Лэшоно тэйво умэсуко!" - Хорошего Вам и сладкого года, года, наполненного настоящим еврейством.

Happy birthday
The Torah teaches us to ask questions and try to give answers to them. The question can be very simple. The answer to it, sometimes, suddenly becomes the answer to many other, much more complex questions that life itself poses.
The Jewish New Year is associated, as you know, with the Creation of the World. The year 5760 is coming. Our world lasted a full 5759 years, stepping right up to the six thousand-year-old barrier, behind which inevitably, like the dawn, the beautiful times of Moshiach await him unexplored. Whatever the world and whatever we may be. The Rebbe, Meleh HaMoshiah, prophesied that this would happen much earlier - in our generation. New Year is the birthday of the world. "Day of the beginning of Your deeds."
- More precisely (it's time to get better), not quite the birthday of the world, but the birthday of a person.

Really strange. The fact that the New Year is appointed by the Almighty 6 days later than the anniversary of Creation is not a problem. In the end, why not. It is much more interesting why this day was called by the Almighty "Day of the beginning of deeds."

Can you imagine the amount of inanimate matter that our infinite world is filled with? Can you imagine the total number of plants throughout the earth? Can you imagine everyone from large to small animals living on the planet? Hardly. Too much, frighteningly much of it all: endless forests and fields covering the Earth. Above them is the sky, in which, as in a monstrous attraction, countless and huge clay bodies of planets revolve, separated by cosmic blackness. How long has it been at night, having pressed cold grass on your back, you looked at the stars. The following summer, having left the dusty city, do not forget to do this more often.
On the sixth day, fashioned from a handful of dust moistened with moisture, a man sat on the surface of Planet Earth. The afternoon sun hung over his head. The world was ready for Saturday. So that the history of mankind could be considered open, only the first sin was missing. How insignificant he was among the universe! How lonely he was! But it was from this moment that God ordered the years to be counted. It was him, and not the day of the creation of the Sun and the Moon, not the day of the creation of birds and fish - the day of the Creation of Man that He called the day of the beginning of his deeds.
Quantity and quality. See more than the shell of materiality allows. See greatness in what seems insignificant. Do not be afraid of seemingly great nothingness. Who will teach us this? - Torah.
And she teaches - with every line, every word and every letter, the inner meaning of every law and every custom. The beginning of the performance is not the setting of scenery. The little lonely Adam in the middle of the vast world is the only one in whose power to change the world. Having barely opened his eyes, he did not recognize - he felt his destiny and turned the universe upside down with one desperate loneliness in him, Adam, with the phrase: “Let's go worship Gd”. Little Jewish people - in whose hands are the keys to the perfection of Creation.
And every New Year everything is repeated anew. The world is being created again. Again, Gd waits for us to open our eyes and, trying to rise above ourselves, look into the sky. Every year we need to look intently at the essence of things. Put yourself in front of the frightening inaccessible greatness of the world and ... don't be scared. Make two days of stopping and look inside yourself - find your place between God and the world - give the soul without fuss to feel what it is - a divine grit dressed in the materiality of the world subordinate to it. Feel like a Jew.

Each holiday gives us the opportunity to become a little higher. Not only this. We can take with us a piece of the holiday, which will serve us for a year to protect us from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to remind us of what we were created for and what it is worth living for. "The day is long. There is a lot of work. The owner is pushing. It’s not your right to finish the work, but you have no right to refuse it."
Health. Happiness. Good luck. Or, as our ancestors said from ancient times: "Lashono teivo umesuko!" - Have a good and sweet year, a year full of real Jewry.
