Целый месяц провел в интересном месте: Paradise retreat center. Чем же оно интересное?
В начале участвовал на вручении дипломов инструкторов йоги от международной федерации йоги и медитации Атман. Теперь официально дипломированный инструктор. К слову сказать, это серьезный шаг, чтобы попасть на курс инструкторов нужно иметь необходимый уровень практики, опыта и знаний. А сам курс длится два года. Очень важное начало для меня.
Затем был опыт карма йоги. Помогал команде ретрит центра делать то, что действительно нужно, а не то что мне бы хотелось и так учился дарить безусловно, отрешённо и на все 100%.
И завершающий этап: начало курса инструкторов тантры. Пройден первый модуль, впереди ещё 4 года интенсивного обучения. Прекрасные люди, инициирующая теория, практика, подтверждающая теорию в жизни. Звучит прекрасно! А на деле ещё прекраснее!
Это время, которое непреодолимо меняет жизнь в лучшую сторону. Удивительный опыт, который очень хочу интегрировать в свою жизнь.
Ведь задача тех, кто идёт по духовному пути - привнести Рай на землю, используя подлинные фундаментальные принципы вселенной, делать жизнь гармонично интегрированной во всех ее аспектах.

This is a time that irresistibly changes life for the better. An amazing experience that I really want to integrate into my life.
