Безымянным технологам, которые собрали инфу о судимостях кандидатов от «Патриотов России», конечно, спасибо за кропотливый труд. Но надо идти дальше и готовить такие подборки про все партии, которые выставили списки. Не каждый избиратель пойдет в интернет проверять биографии, но все имеют право знать, что кандидат по их округу в недавнем прошлом решением суда признан ПРЕСТУПНИКОМ.
Да, позиция Конститцуионного Суда обязывает допускать и таких кандидатов до выборов после истечения определенного срока, 10-15 лет, после погашения судимости. Что и выполнила краевая избирательная комиссия. Есть ли в этой листовке нарушения, кто ее автор, за чей счет она выпущена — пускай на эти вопросы отвечают юристы и избирком. Но всесторонне осветить биографию всех кандидатов всё же стоит.
