Глупость и слабоумие.
Некая Кортни ехала за рулем автомобиля, слушала песню Happy Фаррела Уильямса, не особо обоснованные социальные установки, закладываемые в обществе на то, что смысл жизни — испытывать положительные эмоции, в т.ч. счастья, а также, что такими эмоциями обязательно стоит делиться, запечатляя их для этого на телефон и публикуя в сети, побудили её по всей видимости несамостоятельный и неокрепший разум сделать селфи и в 8:43 запостить в фейсбук следующее:
“The happy song makes me so HAPPY.”
В 8:44 в полицию поступило сообщение об аварии — она влетела в грузовик и разбилась насмерть.
а) Отлично, что произошел очередной случай естественного отбора ума над глупостью и эмоциональностью;
б) Опасно, что в обществе тем не менее существуют установки, позволяющие людям поступать мило и няшно, но тем не менее глупо, рискуя, конечно же, не только своими жизнями, но и жизнями окружающих. И это лишь самый драматичный пример. В реальности же объективных потерь от того, что люди поступают мило и эмоционально, вместо умно и прагматично намного больше, но увы, такие потери почти всегда неочевидны.
Будьте умными, доминируйте и эволюционируйте, а няшные эмоциональные милашки сами сведут себя в могилу или хотя бы сильно отстанут. Просто дайте им время ;)

Stupidity and dementia.
A certain Courtney was driving a car, listening to the Happy Farrell Williams song, not very well-grounded social attitudes laid down in society that the purpose of life is to experience positive emotions, including happiness, as well as the fact that it’s worth sharing such emotions, capturing them for this on the phone and publishing on the network, it seems that they led her to an independent and fragile mind to take a selfie and post the following on Facebook at 8:43:
“The happy song makes me so HAPPY.”
At 8:44, the police received a message about the accident - she flew into the truck and crashed to death.
a) It is excellent that there was another case of natural selection of the mind over stupidity and emotionality;
b) It is dangerous that in society, nevertheless, there are attitudes that allow people to do nice and cute, but nonetheless stupid, risking, of course, not only their lives, but also the lives of those around them. And this is just the most dramatic example. In reality, the objective losses from the fact that people act cute and emotionally, instead of smartly and pragmatically, are much greater, but alas, such losses are almost always not obvious.
Be smart, dominate and evolve, and cute emotional cuties themselves will drive themselves to the grave or at least be far behind. Just give them time;)
