Добавлю пару слов от себя (получилось не пару):
Мы всё даже не прозевали, а проебали. Высоких цен на нефть больше не будет. Это не локальная ситуация с Россией, а мировая, в которой участвуют и ближний восток, и Китай, и США и еще ряд стран, а значит, что практически гарантированно мы ничего не сможем своими действиями внутри страны отыграть или поменять.
А это значит, что мы проебали возможность использовать сверхдоходы от нефти для диверсификации и модернизации экономики, развития социальных систем: медицины, образования и социальной поддержки в первую очередь.
Это значит, что мы больше не на волне, которую могли использовать, чтобы оказаться если не впереди всех, то хотя бы получить нужное ускорение для более эффективной и технологичной интеграции в мировую экономику, не в роли нефтяной трубы.
А это значит, что в дальнейшем мы будем не только не плыть легко по течению, а плыть против течения. И течение задается не только экономическими, но и политическими факторами, которые как вы можете видеть, в последнее время играют все более и более негативную роль.
А причина проста. Мы были слишком гордыми. Мы и сейчас слишком гордые. Ходили, били себя кулаком в грудь, что наша страна — мировая держава, что с нами нужно считаться, что у нас есть что за душой, что нам не нужно учиться и перенимать опыт ведущих мировых экономик, что у нас свой особенный путь, а все остальные — нам завидуют и вставляют палки в колеся. И высокий спрос на единственный товар, который мы могли предложить, позволял нам строить из себя фраеров.
Мы похожи на директора крупного промышленного завода, который никак не развивал свою производственную и технологическую базу, жил за счет былого задела и на волне когда-то актуального спроса, ездил на крузаке, покупал себе дорогие телефоны и ел в крутых ресторанах, а в итоге — все нулевые жил в девяностых.
А потом оказалось, что продукция завода уже никому не нужна, прибыль постепенно упала, и в какой-то момент оказалось невозможно сводить концы с концами.
И вот мы так делаем последние 25, а особенно последние 15 лет. И вот время прошло, технологии развились, а мы так и остались со своей бочкой нефти, которая нас никуда не привела.
Всё, что мы создали — лишь удобства для более удобной и понтовой траты денег, заработанных с продажи нефти: торговые центры, туристические компании, онлайн-магазины. Примеры крупных уникальных бизнесов и производств, которые не обслуживают нефтегазовый сектор и не связаны с потреблением — единичны и исчисляются если не единицами, то десятками.
Пожалуй, единственная отрасль, которая хоть что-то может создавать конкурентное — IT, и то, лишь потому, что для бизнеса в этой сфере практически не требуется инфраструктуры, он достаточно легко масштабируется и экспортируется.
Мы проебали момент. Да, скорее всего, большинство из нас не умрет и страна не развалится. Но жить дальше нам будет намного сложнее, а развитие займет намного больше времени.
А всё потому, что в своем большинстве, и народ, и руководство страны, с которым народ находится в патетическом и пропагандистском симбиозе, отказываются смотреть в глаза реальности, отказываются признавать свои ошибки, отказываются понимать, что Россия и как страна для людей, и как мировая экономика находится в заднице и продолжает погружаться в неё еще дальше.
И единственное необходимое условие, которое позволит нам осознанно выбираться из задницы — это признание реальности, признание своих ошибок. Каждым конкретным человеком в том, что он делает. Где он лажает, халтурит, забивает, относится «на авось». Руководством страны — в том, что оно жульничает, вешает лапшу на уши, поступает некомпетентно и эгоистично. И каждым избирателем — в том, что он ошибся.
Подумайте, как много вещей в нашей жизни мы делаем херово. И как это все по кусочкам, по цепочке, как домино, выливается в то, что херово всё и во всей стране.
Подумайте и начните предъявлять новые, более высокие требования к себе. Понемногу, по чуть-чуть. И понемногу начинайте соответствовать им. Обнаруживайте ошибки в своем мышлении и поведении. И понемногу их исправляйте. Постепенно и методично.
А затем, вы сможете предъявить более высокие требования к своему окружению, друзьям, приятелям, коллегам по работе. И помочь им заметить свои несовершенства, которые они не замечали раньше. И помочь им их исправить.
А затем вы сможете предъявить более высокие требования к работодателю, к полицейскому, к судье, к депутату, к президенту. И делать всё, чтобы те им соответствовали.
Но начните с себя. Прямо сейчас.
А завтра — обратите внимание других и помогите им разобраться, понять и принять свои ошибки.
Чтобы наконец-то уже развиться и начать хорошо жить.

And this means that we missed the opportunity to use the excess profit from oil to diversify and modernize the economy, the development of social systems: medicine, education and social support in the first place.
This means that we are no longer on the wave that we could use to be, if not ahead of everyone, then at least get the necessary acceleration for more efficient and technological integration into the global economy, not in the role of an oil pipe.
And this means that in the future we will not only not swim easily with the current, but swim against the current. And the course is determined not only by economic, but also by political factors, which, as you can see, have recently played an increasingly negative role.
And the reason is simple. We were too proud. We are too proud now. We walked, beat us in the chest, that our country is a world power, that we need to be reckoned with, that we have something for the soul, that we do not need to learn and learn from the experience of the world's leading economies, that we have our own special path, and that’s all the rest - they envy us and put sticks in their wheels. And the high demand for the only product that we could offer allowed us to build framers out of ourselves.
We look like the director of a large industrial plant, which did not develop its production and technological base in any way, lived on the backlog and in the wake of the once current demand, rode a Kruzak, bought expensive phones and ate in cool restaurants, and in the end - all zero lived in the nineties.
And then it turned out that nobody needed the plant’s products, the profit gradually fell, and at some point it was impossible to make ends meet.
And so we are doing this for the past 25, and especially the last 15 years. And now the time has passed, the technologies have developed, and we remained with our barrel of oil, which did not lead us anywhere.
All that we have created is just convenience for a more convenient and fun spending of money earned from the sale of oil: shopping centers, travel companies, online stores. Examples of large unique businesses and industries that do not serve the oil and gas sector and are not related to consumption are single and dozens, if not units, then dozens.
Perhaps the only industry that can create at least something competitive is IT, and that is only because the business in this area practically does not require infrastructure, it is quite easy to scale and export.
We passed the moment. Yes, most likely, most of us will not die and the country will not fall apart. But it will be much more difficult for us to live further, and development will take much longer.
And all because for the most part, both the people and the leadership of the country, with whom the people are in a pathetic and propaganda symbiosis, refuse to face reality, refuse to admit their mistakes, refuse to understand that Russia is both a country for people and how the global economy is in the ass and continues to plunge into it even further.
And the only necessary condition that will allow us to consciously get out of the ass is the recognition of reality, the recognition of our mistakes. Each specific person in what he does. Where he messes up, hackles, clogs, refers “at random”. The country's leadership is that it cheats, hangs noodles on the ears, acts incompetently and selfishly. And every voter - that he was mistaken.
Think about how many things in our lives we do shitty. And how it all in pieces, in a chain, like dominoes, spills into the fact that everything is fucking and in the whole country.
Think and start making new, higher demands on yourself. Little by little. And little by little, start matching them. Detect errors in your thinking and behavior. And gradually correct them. Gradually and methodically.
And then, you can make higher demands on your surroundings, friends, pals, work colleagues. And to help them notice their imperfections, which they did not notice before. And help them fix them.
And then you can make higher demands on the employer, on the policeman, on the judge, on the deputy, on the president. And do everything to make them fit.
But start with yourself. Right now.
And tomorrow - pay attention to others and help them understand, understand and accept their mistakes.
