Кто мы? Компания, создающая образовательные продукты в области естественных наук, которыми пользуются десятки тысяч людей в 39 странах.
Мы недавно получили инвест. раунд в $6M и планируем вырастить офис с 50 до 100 человек в течение пары лет.
Нужен senior человек, кто поставит на поток процедуры онбординга, performance review, создаст корпоративный университет и организует бесперебойную работу офиса как "теплицы", где гениальные сотрудники чувствуют себя комфорно. Также я ожидаю, что человек возьмёт на себя ответственность за корпоративные мероприятия от дня рождения компании до гостевых лекций ведущих специалистов в области науки / образования / ИТ, проходящих у нас в офисе + часть работы по Employee branding (работа со СМИ, блогерами, university relations)
Рекрутинг не входит в обязанности.
Бэкграунд в области науки и/или ИТ обязателен.
