Забавно, говорят о кризисе из-за вируса. но был бы он кризисом, если бы мы были готовы?
Это же касается финансовых коллапсов, технологических, социальных. Тот же 2007 год в Америке - масса экономистов в сердце финансового центра мира прекрасно понимали тенденцию. Кредитное плечо все видят. Беспомощность фондов посредников типа Фанни Мэй и Фредди Мак всем очевидна. Даже первая вспышка собственно кризиса с Леман Брос происходит....
Но никто ничего не исправляет.
Потому что у каждого личные интересы пострадают, если он тронется, а как там будет с сетевыми эффектами, когда всё накроется - дядюшка на двое сказала.
Никто по-настоящему не заинтересован в предотвращении кризиса.
Точнее, заинтересованность в противофазе с возможностями: либо ты не можешь повлиять на ситуацию, либо ты не хочешь.
А это - кризис лидерства.

Посмотри на обрюзгших лидеров (есть одно исключение, подтверждающее правило), и пойми, что их нет.
Нет!
Некому сказать: "Ребята, всё будет хорошо, делаем так, так, так", - и чтобы все сделали и действительно всё было хорошо.
Если вспомнить Спиральную динамику, на каждом витке можно заметить, как меняется способ определения лидера в сообществе.
на 1 витке это тот, кто смелее идёт на мамонта и чутче к повадкам тигра. Под него надо подстраиваться.
на 2 витке это тот, кто сохранил мудрость предков и может задобрить духов действенными напевами.
на 3 витке это нахальный и грубый выскочка, которому никто не смеет перейти дорогу, и все поджав хвост бегут куда он сказал.
на 4 витке это самый упорядоченный и правильный, не противоречащий себе и справедливо судящий других. Он - законодатель.
на 5 витке это самый изобретательный, прорывной, эффективный, амбициозный.
на 6 витке это самый заботливый, понимающий, экологичный и корректно объясняющий, почему остальные тусовки не такие актуальные.
на 7 витке это самый проницательный, провидящий, вдохновляющий и соединяющий простоту с возможностями.
на 8 витке, на пороге которого мы оказались, это какой-то неведомый хрен собачий.
Потому что непонятно, кто может быть тем, кто соединит всех, никого не опустит, всем даст место самореализации, каждого направит по эволюционному пути...
Догадываешься, кто это?
...тем, кто решит все проблемы и снимет противоречия...
Всё ещё думаешь, что ответ - "я"?
Ой, прости, - "ты"?
...тем, кто примирит арабов с курдами, а шию с суной... тем, кто не закрыв заводов, оживит рыбу в океане...
Тут ты уже понимаешь, что это не ты.
А кто тогда?
