"История показала, что нам не следует полагаться на правительства и ждать, что они обезопасят нас финансово. Напротив, большинство правительств наверняка воспользуются своим положением как создатели и пользователи денег и кредита по тем же причинам, по которым вы воспользовались бы им, будь вы на их месте. Дело в том, что ни один политик не контролирует весь цикл. Каждый отвечает за свою часть и действует в своих интересах в зависимости от текущих условий".
