«Развитые страны постоянно упрекают государства BRICS в коррупции. Согласно Индексу восприятия коррупции, Бразилия и ЮАР делят 72‑ю строку в списке самых нетерпимых к коррупции стран, Китай занимает 80‑е место, Индия — 94‑е, а Россия — 127‑е. В данной сфере BRICS постоянно выглядят оправдывающимися — и пора, на мой взгляд, переходить в наступление. Следует признать, что борьба с коррупцией в отдельно взятой стране в условиях всепроникающей глобализации невозможна. Коррупция в BRICS поддерживается готовностью Запада легализовывать награбленное у себя — годовой объем финансовых трансфертов из стран Юга в банки Севера превышает 1 трлн долл.в год. Если бы западные финансовые институты не стремились получать выгоды от такого положения дел, коррупция государственного масштаба в развивающихся странах была бы невозможной.
В таких условиях страны #BRICS могли бы выдвинуть инициативу реального объединения усилий периферийных государств и развитых держав по борьбе с коррупцией. Она выглядит реальной: с одной стороны, элиты стран BRICS обеспечили себе контроль над экономикой своих государств на долгие годы и заинтересованы в нормальном функционировании государственного аппарата; с другой — Запад опасается «перелива» «коррупционной культуры» на свою территорию. В данном случае страны BRICS, действуй они быстро и решительно, могли бы перехватить инициативу в решении одного из самых важных и злободневных вопросов нашего времени». \\ д. э. н. According to the Corruption Perceptions Index, Brazil and South Africa share the 72nd line in the list of countries most intolerant of corruption, China is 80th, India is 94th, and Russia is 127th. In this area, BRICS constantly look to justify themselves - and it is time, in my opinion, to go on the offensive. It should be recognized that the fight against corruption in a single country in the context of pervasive globalization is impossible. Corruption in BRICS is supported by the West’s willingness to legalize the loot - the annual amount of financial transfers from the South to the banks of the North exceeds $ 1 trillion a year.
